Huge fan here. Great episode! It really annoys me that I can't even get a picture of how popular Misfits really and objectively were in their original phase (1977-1983). I hope all other fans have the same problem and I'm not alone :D
Thank you so much! Glad that you enjoyed the episode! Yeah, it's crazy how they weren't bigger during their original incarnation. I would do anything to be able to go back in time and see them in their prime! I think all the lineup changes really demoralized them. When I used to play in bands, it was always such a setback when we lost someone and finding someone new and showing them all the songs was a huge time suck. That eventually led to me quitting music also. We did always cover Astro Zombies and Mother Of Mercy (Samhain) though!
