I had so many deep feelings during that beautiful lesson. I just realised that I was doing yoga without self-love. I was trying difficult practices that were far away from my body ability. I came back to you Charlie after another week break. Just because I pushed myself to the edge again and my body said no. Thank you Charlie for today's lesson. No more self-harm... Please add more self care, deep practices like this❤

A very peaceful session, Charlie - thank you 🙏 I found many postures fostered a deep stretch. The pace was perfect and slow allowing the deep stretches to be held and felt. I feel very relaxed now - especially after that shavasana 😌 ☮

I'm just getting over a bout of COVID and I was anxious to get back to my mat. This was just a perfect session to get me back. I was still a bit winded but Charlie's session and guide relaxed me and gave myself permission to be kind to myself as I fully recover from my COVID symptoms. Thank you Charlie.
