    I just found your channel and noticed your comment about your knee and HOKA trainers. I began wearing HOKA's around 2010 and noticed within about a year or so that I began having knee pain so my podiatrist gave me some slight ( about 1.5 cm height) heel wedges and they worked like a charm. I think it's because we're so used to wearing everything with a slight heel on them and HOKA shoes are quite flat, similar to barefoot shoes. OTOH, the HOKA's are great for my hips and back, which have arthritis so I guess it's a little trade off.
    Thanks for the apartment tour!

    That was fun, Anthony. Thanks for the tour...love your couch. Your kitty looks like a real sweetheart...a tad wary, but an angel all the same.
    One suggestion for you on the vids--perhaps you need better sound equipment. It's occasionally difficult to understand what you're saying. Have a blessed week.

    You're in the TF Cornerstone building? I remember it being one the first full service buildings erected in the area before they developed Hudson Yards. As a broker as well, I remember trying to bring clients to the building especially those with champagne tastes on a Budweiser budget who of didn't want to pay a Broker fee as it was and still is a No Fee building. The area was still rough areund the edges back then but had great deals. I believe the building still has good value in comparison to new buildings now. I assume you are paying in the low 4k range? Ether way, thanks for sharing and I enjoy your content.

    I found this video absolutely fascinating, the apartment is grest, I am always impressed with how you set goals and your general outlook on life, i was wondering if you have read any books which help organise your thoughts?

    • @AnthonyRichPark
      @AnthonyRichPark  ปีที่แล้ว

      I really appreciate that Mike. It's definitely a battle but always have things to be grateful for (which I need to remind myself of 😅). Not sure there's a specific book in terms of organizing thoughts, but I do think having a vision/destination helps. Books on that include Grit, good to great, and start with why.

    I was so intersted in how people live in the concrete jungle of NYC. I live in Florida on the intracoastal way and just a few blocks away from the ocean and I have a pool and boat house. I would not be able to live in a very small space just a tad bigger than a jail cell.

      It's a griddle by Presto. They sell them on Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.

      Hahahaha 😂 not a chance. I would guess a 1br in a doorman building (which I would assume his is) in this location, between 4k-4500/mo.

    • @mightguy3118
      @mightguy3118 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Nice joke LMFAO. You couldn't even get a tiny studio in that location for less than 3k a month. An apartment that nice with that view smackdown in Manhattan? At least $4500 a month

  • @luckycharm5589

    You're not real estate greedy? 😂😂 So what, you could afford a 12 million dollar penthouse but you slum it in an average one bedrooms instead?

    • @mightguy3118
      @mightguy3118 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Why would you waste unnecessary large amounts of money on a penthouse when you could just get a nice 1 bedroom with an incredible view? His apartment is nice and does the job. There's no reason to buy a penthouse
