That is such a unique space. I rarely say NYC rents are worth it, but with the privacy you each get and the multiple outdoor spaces, YA DONE GOOD!!!

I’ve the elevator on the right side of my building! I’ve lived on the second floor wherever I’ve wound up since I left California and to be fair, this is the first second floor residence where I finally have an elevator. 😊

Great video, Taylor. While your place is very nice, I still cannot believe your total rent is over $8,000 a month, that's insane! I thought renting was expensive in my country but NYC seems very pricey indeed.
Taylor, you’ve a dope place and unfortunately in NY, the roommates situation is mandatory because living alone is an unaffordable luxury! That penthouse bedroom is a little bigger than my room but your mom, bless her, organiised it for you so you could make the most efficient use of it. Your view of the city isn’t quite it like what it was in your previous place but that said, its still good enough to frame a MOMA painting! You lead a charmed life and I thought the outro of you talking down Jeff Bezos was hilarious! 😝 Thanks for the tour of your new digs and you’ve left me suitably impressed. Already looking forward to what else your hand is going to tip us in the future! 😊

Lovely apartment and a great tour! I'm certainly glad I only pay 1220 USD for rent every month where I live though. 15 minutes outside of the city (the capitol), but with a direct subway connection. Modern and quite big flat, but I certainly don't have that amazing view!
I hope you have a great life there, and that outside area of your room has such a great potential. Well, the big one by your living room too. Just can't underestimate the value of a nice outside space 😎😎
