you just saved me 800$. The Hyundai dealership was trying to charge me 800 dollars to replace them, I saw your video and I just bought the coil 4 pack for 200 bucks. Thanks man.
Replacing ignition coils is such an easy job. Just make sure to put a bean size dab of spark plug boot grease over the rubber ends - so it forms a good seal/moisture barrier for the spark plugs.
Hi, firstly thanks for the guide, made replacing my coils like a breeze. But I had a concern. When I was going to reclip in one of the ignition coil connectors, the grey tab won't click back into place. Would that be okay? It still like lightly clicks over the coil but it doesn't fully click back into place like what it was before. Thanks
And it took the shop a week to switch two of mine and I still have the engine light on and off with an occasional rough idle. Ugh!! Thank you for this great video.

Just got my car checked at autozone they said it threw a ignitoon coil code..if i change these the light should go off?? I dont have to take it to a dealership to have the light removed?
You can just replace the single spark plug and ignition Coil that should fix it or if you can possibly change everything that would be good and check the connections for corrosion and broken wire
My shop wanted $213 per coil and $150 to put them in. I left. Ordered 4 OEM ignition coils from Hyundai on sale $80 each. My son is going to put them on for me. I cannot believe that shop marked the part up that much and would have cost almost $1000. Thanks for the video and I’ll never take my car there again. Christian Bros. Dallas, Tx.
