    Dumbbell Bench Press
    Dumbbell Shoulder Press
    Lateral Raises
    Dumbbell Bicep Curls
    Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
    Arnold Press
    Triceps Overhead Extensions
    Bodyweight Squats
    Dumbbell Goblet Squats
    Lunges (Bodyweight)
    Dumbbell Lunges
    Dumbbell Glute Bridges
    RDLs
    Dumbbell Sumo Squats
    Dumbbell Calf Raises
    Plank (Bodyweight)
    ABS Crunches
    Leg Raises
    Mountain Climbers

    I love the combination of dumbbell and bodyweight! I agree with the other comments- I think 20 second rest is the sweet spot

      nice but definitely tooooo much rest time between excercises 15 sec is enought..... 30... nooooooooo
