We need more videos like this man, just normal people testing normal stuff, its crazy all the gatekeeping tech videos out there making people think they need the latest and greateet just to play. It's awesome to see people test perfectly good tech that was considered high end from yesteryear on newer games and applications. Keep making cool videos like these. Thanks.
Yo! Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm all for a high performing yet middle ground pc. The new 4070 is actually such a good buy for the price and performance you get out of it. I appreciate you watching and hope you have a great day!
I had the RX580. Couldn’t handle Hogwarts Legacy at all. I don’t know how many gigs it has… I think 6gb GDDR, but that’s about all I know about it. The GeForce 3060 is *amazing* in my new rig!!
Gaming just aren't the same. 4 years ago, I would stream escape from tarkov, 1080 cam, youtube for music and never have an issue with my old 4gb 580 lmao. Now, it seems like the minimums have increased so much
@@bradfordskeldorado i built my new rig around the knowledge that the next subnautica game is being developed in UE5. that 4gb 580 could barely handle unknown world's unity engine, so i figured it was time to beef up. AMD ROG STRIX 650E e-gaming board, ryzen 7 7700 (which i'm already considering upgrading), GEForce RTX 3060, G,Sjukk 64GB DDR5 5600, filled all the m.2 storage slots. :) it's pretty beefy, but i left room for upgrading as necessary. having said all that, there are some games out there that surpass my new system. they're ridiculously huge--150gb for a downloaded game?! really!?
I have saw people relying on integrated graphics, Even I was depended on it until 2021
That is another test I would like to do with some of the newer ryzen cpus that are coming out! Thanks for watching!

980ti is a better performing card.

The 8gb I had in here didn't do too bad. I was surprised the 1650 was able to run it with only having 4gb vram.
@bradfordskeldorado full disclsosure, my 580 has 4gb. Four... lol. no wonder. it could barely handle running subnautica without massive clipping.
