Hello everyone and welcome back to So What If I Sew! Today I am delighted to FINALLY bring you my Ilford vlog. A lot of things got in the way of this vlog. Major MA deadlines, 3 weeks of constant event installs and night shifts for work, and 6 broken needles but it is finally here and I really hope you enjoy this one. That’s a great make. A tip for you - a tailor’s wooden seam clapper is your best friend when pressing wool. Results in a beautifully pressed seam.

Hump jumper or bulky seam aid are really good for sewing thick seams. You pop it under your foot and it raises it to to the same level as the seam. Jacket came out lovely 👌
