Hi, We got married a month before the K-1 Visa expired. Right now the only valid document that is valid is her passport, but not the K-1 Visa . We are planning to go on vacation to Las Vegas , my question is ,can she travel with out any problems? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am currently waiting for my k1 to be approved, hopefully not later than november 2021. My future husband will be relocated in Europe at the beginning of 2022 to work there for over a year. I assume i will need to apply for the international travel permit after getting married. Any advice to speed the process about the internation travel documentation due to my husband work? thanks all x
