Will there be a problem with port of entry if on my medical I put Mississipi because that's where my fiance lives. I asked a CBP agent the last time I entered the US (Houston/ Bush) about the K1 entry procedures. He told me that we must NOT go through the US Citizens line, we must go through the visa holders line. Also he told me that we would be immediately separated. She would be escorted into one interrogation room, and I would escorted into a different interrogation room. Anyway that's what he told me.
Fake news - you must have spoken to the floor cleaner and toilet roll changer at the airport restroom - K1 visa holders and families are not separated at the airport they enter through the US citizens and family line. US citizens are not interrogated like criminals at the airport in Houston bringing their K1 visa beneficiary into the USA but may be asked friendly questions. Only tourists with B2 visas go through the sign that states tourists with visas.

You need to find someplace to live and wait for your Green Card. I am assuming he filed for your affidavit of support with your Green Card application?

You will change planes in Bogotá and Salvador. Easy process. In Los Angeles you will meet with the Border Patrol and check in with immigration.

You did not maintain contact with the embassy - you need to email the consulate and ask them to reopen the case.

@@diegoross he give me divorce papers and send me back to my home country. I don't think that he applied green card application.
Then you need a certified copy of the divorce papers so you have them in the future if you meet someone else.
Can I replay for these papers as defendent from my home country
