If you have close friends ask them have they ever been abused or molested . In public transport /festivals / in a crowd. You will be surprised to hear 100% of them will answer yes. @@lavenderlove4320 it`s called "in camera proceeding". By virtue of section 327 CrPC, all cases pertaining to sexual assault are to be tried in camera i.e. without public access. It is a rule/general rule of the country to conduct these cases in secrecy.

If the prosecution/victim has an apprehension that the judges presiding their case are biased, they under section 406/407 crpc are entitled to get their case transferred. Again she is not the first person to exercise this right, and she definitely is not going to be the last person. If you were in place, wouldn't you have done that as well?

You do realise that there is a videographic evidence of what transpired that day with the actress. Court already has that in their possession. And for the question as to why she is raising allegations against the judge, i simply don't know, but if she has reasons to believe about the same, she would have to disclose it it to the court. This again is the right which every party in a criminal case has.

He has no moral fabric and most of the media and goons are by his side, but he made one small mistake. He underestimated Bhavana's fighting spirit, and that shall be his downfall...

The thing is the acussed is very powerful and has ties to many criminals and influential people, hence other actors and actresses were scared to speak up against him, as they will be risking not just their careers but also their lives. Bhavana is soooo inspirational. In his interview, dileep accidentally blurted out that 'women in her state would usually be quiet in shame and go into depression in such a situation ' - it shows how predator mentality is. But bhavana proved him wrong. And she stood up for herself and that way she stood up for all women all over the world

@@lavenderlove4320 it`s called "in camera proceeding". By virtue of section 327 CrPC, all cases pertaining to sexual assault are to be tried in camera i.e. without public access. It is a rule/general rule of the country to conduct these cases in secrecy.

If the prosecution/victim has an apprehension that the judges presiding their case are biased, they under section 406/407 crpc are entitled to get their case transferred. Again she is not the first person to exercise this right, and she definitely is not going to be the last person. If you were in place, wouldn't you have done that as well?

You do realise that there is a videographic evidence of what transpired that day with the actress. Court already has that in their possession. And for the question as to why she is raising allegations against the judge, i simply don't know, but if she has reasons to believe about the same, she would have to disclose it it to the court. This again is the right which every party in a criminal case has.

What she told is true, court only wants proof, so obviously we will feel angry when justice is not served .
