There are only 2 HDMI EARC outputs on the 696, 6100, and 7100 / not 3. First 3 HDMI inputs on the 6100 and 7100 are 8K/60 FPS and 4K/120 FPS. ( 40 gb on first 3 HDMI inputs ). The other 3 are capped at 24 gb. So the last 3 are good for 4K/ 60 FPS.

I picked up a TS NR6050 - a Costco only item, and it's identical to your 6100 except you have THX certification and 100 wpc. The 6050 has 90 wpc and no THX certification. Otherwise identical. But the RZ 50 is the king - by far.

well i have the onkyo TX-NR6100 IS ONE OF THE BEST RECEIVERS ONKYO HAS.IS VERY GOOD
