And I thought mine was budget at £700 but yours is the same quality but cheaper ... dammit hahaha great content. I'll be pinching some ideas for my content
Mines built now. I was a proper tight arse with free ikea wood . Screws I pinched from the Mrs draws and bed (she still hasn't noticed) I insulated and sound deadened loads so I could layby park if I needed to and it be quiet. That was my biggest expense then the solar stuff was the next pocket pincher. Nice to see another uk creator
🤣🤣 what she don't know don't hurt her 🤣🤣 ah nice with the price of materials now and fuel every penny counts, good on ya bro. Yeah the solar stuff is a bit expensive but worth it. I'm building a stealth car camper next for the ultimate tight arse build 🤣🤣 oh yes 🇬🇧👌
@@meatmanifesto we should have a tight arse collab ;) I took your Facebook market place tip .. only 200 quid for all the solar stuff with the battery. The seller installed them for a living and pinched the odd bit from the company and sells them for himself hahaha he won't be happy when he gets caught by his boss but it benefited me haha
🤣🤣 he'll get caught out no doubt, good old marketplace. So many hipsters spending fortunes on campers now the real folk can't afford. Keep it budget I say 🤣
Hey rob, very impressive. I’m new to this and have been looking to buy a LWB Berlingo/Partner/Combo post 2016 (Euro 6). One thing I’m struggling with when looking at vans is whether it’s best to start with a cargo van (I.e. no 2nd row seats) or to go for a crew van (I.e. with 2nd row seats). I know that the 2nd row seats pretty much fold up out of the way and I would probably take those out anyway - but just wondering which one is best to buy for a conversion? Any help welcome as I’m very new to this.
Hey Rob, just come across your channel and I’m quite impressed with your micro camper build. I’ve got a Citroën berlingo that I’ve been thinking of converting to a micro camper, i’ve also got a Mercedes Vario minibus that I will be converting into a proper off grid campervan. I have been uploading videos to TH-cam of my progress as I repair the rusty panels, I’ve just come across your channel and I’m quite impressed with your little camper and it’s given me a few ideas from my Citroen berlingo. Are you converting it to sell or will you be using it for weekends away? P.s you’ve just gained another subscriber 😊
Hi sorry for the very late reply, cool you have a few projects on the go. This particular one I sold a while back. My latest one is my VW T4, currently having a rebuild of the interior. Video should be up of the build today, there will be plenty of stealth camping videos with this one.
Really like the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of this conversion. Clearly you could add more stuff but maybe simple is best.
There is beauty in simplicity
Road Trip!!! The best solo or two person ride to have trail your toys and off you go saving fuel to Very nice Manifesto it looks so good!
Yeah it's a good little camper will get great diesel mileage for sure
Definitely an inspiration for my Pug rebuild.
Awesome glad the video helped you out
Great we Van build just picked up a Peugeot partner myself, was not sure on what way I was going to build so thanks a million 💪

Ave just got same van nice set up thanks for sharing helpful 👍
Glad to help
Be great to see how you made the bed full size with folded seat pal
Reckon you could do a video on your simple electric setup in this van? Would be a real benefit :)
It's on my channel, there is a full build series on this van. Episodes 6 and 7 show the electrics
Looks amazing as always 👏👏👏👏👍
Thank you very much, glad you like it ☺️💯
Brilliant and looks better than more expensive kits

Cracking job Rob. I still want to see a mini amp in there for your guitar though 😉
Thank you very much 💯 that would be very cool 🤣🤣🎸🔊
Awessome build! Can i legally take out the seats in the back, and pass MOT? Thanks in advance.
Yes of course they only care about the driver's seat
Dont forget, that you are just delivering some stuff, these are not part of the van. So they have no right to check the rear.
Superb job 👌
Heck yeah 💪
how is the leisure battery being charged?..looks amazing
Split charge relay, it's in another video on my channel. Thank you
Hi. I've got a Citroen Berlingo which I've started to convert although am not sure what to do to insulate the roof. Did you ever do anything to yours?
I didn't no sorry, I was looking at the Berlingo multi van roof lining.
Hi mate you still got the spare cushions you fancy selling them I have the peugeot partner mk1 based in machester
You're about 1 year too late bud

Thank you, I'd probably go with the one with the seats as you'll have roof lining etc.
Do you convert vans for people or just you tube
I do enjoy building them, what you got?
Have you got an email I can get hold of you etc

Hi, how can you take the seats out? Is it poss on old model?
Do you mean the front seats?
@@meatmanifesto nah, back ones
@benhabeeb9154 yes they could be removed, they'll be held down with bolts or something.
@@meatmanifesto did you remove yours or no?
@@benhabeeb9154 it never had back seats
