I grew 2 inches in 3 months of a summer. it was probably the least amount of sleep of my life.
That probably means you stunted the fuck out of what could’ve been a massive growth spurt
I was 5'6 when I was 12, I have been stretching routinely, hanging, jumping, working out, sleeping 10 hours a day and eating rich nutrient food. I have also avoided alcohol, caffeine, smoking all that bad stuff. I drank lots of milk and took growth hormone pills everyday. Its been 7 years now, Im 19 and guess what, Im still 5'6. No matter what you do, if your parents are short, you will be short, unless you're lucky to be one of the few to grow insanely tall despite that. Just accept who you are physically and enjoy life.
Although your point has some validation, growth plates close at different times for different people. On average, growth plates close from 13-16 years old which could potentially be the reason for you not growing at all. Young puberty could also have been the case as people tend to be shorter when they experience puberty at a young age like I have(I took vaccines for it).But yeah, height is mostly genetic and mostly relies on your parents' height, unfortunately.
My parent father is 5'8 and his mum is 5'4 and he is only 5'5.5
My mum is 5'5 and father is 5'7 and I am 5'10 and still growing

I for puberty around 11.
At 10 I was at my mum shoulders heigh.
I started my growth spurt at 11 and It stopped at 12 I think.
I outgrew my dad at 13.
At April I was 13 and 1 month and I was 3 fingers smaller than him.
Then at November 13 years and 8 months I was 1 finger taller.
Then when I was amoust turning 14 I was about 2 fingers taller than him.
I grew 1 inch and some little more from the start of the year to middle April.
I got some information: The heigh when 2 years old Will be doubled when complete growth.
From 14 to 18 years old you grow more 4 Inches

You might be able to get 6,2 or maybe even taller it’s based if you can still grow at the age of 18-21. So you have a good chance at getting that height and little chance of getting any taller.
