I had mine up and running in under an hour and I am NOT tech savvy at all. I have added my kids to the frame so they can send me pics❤
When I send a video to the frame, some are normal and some are thumbprint size. How can I make them more "seeable"?

I can't download the app. Soon as I connect to the 'net and the next screen pops up to "download the app', I tap, but nothing happens. This can't be this hard, sigh. I've researched troubleshooting and can't find any resolution.

Bought 3 frames on a recommendation and couldn't get any of them to find the frame ID. It's been 2 months and I cannot get customer service to reply to my request to return the product. Has anyone been able to return their frames directly to the company?

My frame doesn’t scroll pictures at all. It just sits on the clock even is I set the screensaver as slideshow

How do I change my WiFi
This was not user-friendly. After waiting 10 minutes for customer service, I was told to download the right app. Its PhotoShare Frame V2. Please make sure it is the V2 app, if not it would give you an error message that your ID doesn't exist on the server, or doesn't exist at all.

Got the item for Christmas. Everything set up as advertised except the ID number isn't recognized and everything comes to a halt. I have double and triple checked the ID in the Help icon. On the app it says Frame ID incorrect. I called the 888 number, it is a non working number. The help web site is zero help. Made in China, go figure.

Someone else in the comments had the answer, it's the wrong app they recommend. You have to type in 'Photoshare Frame V2' and that's the app that will connect to the frame.
The app is giving me an ID frame error. I know that I am entering the correct frame ID. My sister tried several times and nothing! I've been on hold at least 1 hour and 30 minutes with the phone number for support. No wonder the app got a little over 1 star!

How do I get around the incorrect frame ID? I can type and I can read so I know I’m entering the correct frame ID. Any solutions?

Someone below had the solution, they gave us the wrong app. You want to type in 'Photoshare Frame V2' without the v2 you get the outdated app smh. The new one worked for me.

This thing is a POS. It says my frame is expired. Whatever the F that means. I clicked "Renew" and it showed a message that the feature is under development. I threw it in the garbage. 😤😡😠🤬
Matthew W from your support team is awful!!! Please find someone who has some people skills. Also not being able to reset your password or see the pictures you have uploaded is a flaw. I wish I had not bought this frame, it has been more of a headache than anything else.
All I want to do is have a vertical and horizontal frame. How do I do that?????
i agree. not user friendly. how do i upload more pictures from my phone?? do i just have to send them from my photos to the app and not upload them directly from my phone to the app??
Family/friends canNOT add pix. Should have looked at reviews on app and Amazon first!!!!! Trash!!!
