For anybody still needing help to upload photos you have to go to your photos on your phone select the ones that you want. Go to send it to someone but it’ll let you know that you can send it to this app then you’ll be able to upload new pics

what's the best way to upload a video? Using the Android phone app, a 40 second video is chopped to 15 seconds. I've tried this several times, same result. In addition, the live photos taken either by iphone or android phone don't play in photoshare frame.

My granddaughter got one added me as a friend now they got me one! I had the app already from her! Mine is not working properly! I think cause it’s tied to hers still ! Any help ? Guess not he doesn’t answer questions! Great Video 🙂
