- The team examines the final fight from Salman Khan's Dabangg as it compares to the same fight from a movie released two and a half years earlier, Flash Point, starring Donnie Yen. Perhaps not Salman Khan's finest moment, but it's one of many interesting footnotes in his career.

Donnie Yan is also the Action Director in most of his movies.
That flying knee block. There's little I adore more in show downs than each character demonstrating counters for the moves each fighter has cemented as their signatures through the movie.
Simultaneously demonstrates no move is perfect, while giving them the opportunity to demonstrate improvisation and evolution.
It's astonishing that Donnie Yen was 44 when he got casted in Flashpoint,like seriously he fights like an absolute beast in that film for someone of his age 😳
donnie yen is my fav martial art actor ever, he is my 1st inspiration for getting into submission holds and tactics. I initially only box later trained in mixed martial arts bcz I like submission holds
hey people max chinese hero's are trained professionally in doing action scenes but indian heros are not

You guys may know it, there is a very interesting fact of donnie‘s flash point, after they fall off the roof and have a break，one version of the movie is the villan’s mother ask him “I have three boys， but they gone missing”，and then the villan will provoke donnie to continue their fight. There’s another version of the movie is Donnie directly stand up and provoke the villain. This mother’s scene was modified because of some reason, but in my opinion it does provide some emotions for the movie.

Yeah, SPL's amazing. SPL, Flashpoint, and Ip Man are the holy trinity of Donnie Yen's career.
Donnie yen hands down the best action choreagrapher actor. People are missing out if they havent seen his movies. Flash point, ip man, special id, kung fu jungle, spl, once upon a time in china with jet li, return of chen zhen, 14 blades, lost bladesman, dragon tiger gate, fist of fury tv series original version, wu xia, bodyguards and assassins, in the line of duty, iron monkey, list goes on and on and on....................

Wow where did you get this version from? I have seen flash Point multiple times on Blu-Ray. That scene when the bad guys mom shows up was not in the Hong Kong blu Ray . or the U.S

2:46 There is a deeper implication. The mother had three sons and they all have became gangsters (including the guy donnie yan fought with) so she thought that they have been "lost/disappeared". You guys should react to the fight scene in Ong bak 2, when Tony Jaa returns to fight the pirates that kidnapped him. The scene where he is drunk. Another great scene in that movie is the final set where he returns to the village he was raised in. Up until this movie, he was regarded as the Tai warrior with amazing skill. After watching these sequences, you realize that he is much more then just a Tai boxer.
