updating everyone! so far I’ve been doing these exercises for 6 days, definitely worth it! on the first day I didnt really feel like doing these exercises, but now Im really admiring the changes. my fingers have slimed down!
I have been doing Exercises from past 4 days ! At first i thought it won't be working but somehow i started doing these exercises and now I'm really very impressed ! We all know our right hand / fingers are not so flexible as our left ! But now my right hand/finger are more flexible and could see or feel the difference !
When you lose fat in your hands it automatically create the illusion of a longer hands. same with losing body fat throughout your whole body it makes you look taller 😊

I started doing these because I bought a ring thinking it was my size and it BARELY fit me. Literally in 3 days it already fits so much better. I'm gonna keep doing them. It also really helps because I type on my computer a lot at work and my fingers get cramped, so even if it didn't have a slimming effect, my hands actually feel great and relaxed!

wanted to share my results so here ya go: it’s my 5th day of doing these exercises and i see results! i can now visibly see my tendon muscles which i couldn’t see before!(i think that’s what they’re called, basically those lines that are like by your knuckles and they look like thin bones) my fingers feel a lot slimmer too, but in order to get my desired fingers i’ll have to do these exercises are lot longer than a week, but these exercises do work!! i’ve been doing them twice daily and sometimes i just stretch my fingers and stuff when i’m doing simple tasks like watching TV, talking to my family etc, sometimes i do it more than twice but that’s just cuz my fingers are thick and i’m trying to lose the finger fat quickly so i’m more motivated, but it’s ofc different for everyone! dont give up on these exercises, remember to do them everyday though! your fingers are like the rest of your body so if you gain a lot of weight and done workout your fingers are gonna get chubby too :)

I have been doing this exercise for more than 20 days twice a day. Sometimes i missed it as well. My finger length was earlier 6.2 cm and now it 7 cm. And they have definitely slimmed down which makes them look beautiful. Thanks to the admin. I love my fingers now.

I would definitely recommend doing this, and I can now bend my fingers further back from how much they’ve been stretched 💀
starting the exercise today and we’ll see how it goes: day 1: nothing has changed just a lil sore day 2: still can’t see no change, lil sore day 3: nothing really day 4: i feel like my fingers have gotten a lil slimmer actually💃 i’ll come back tomorrow
just trynna keep track of my progress: D1: hands felt pretty relaxed and stretched out D2: no difference appearance wise, but hands feel way flexible D3: still no difference appearance wise, though my joints felt good D4: may have slimmed down a bit, but cant really tell. Hands felt good as always. D5: don't see any major difference yet D6: Seeing minor changes, you will see faster result if you accompany this with other arm strength exercises like push ups, pull ups, weight lift, and many others. For even more faster result, losing weight generally, eating healthier food, and exercise daily. D7: Seeing minor results, i will continue this exercise for a couple weeks since it makes my hands more flexible and stretched out.
Here’s a little update: my fingers are more flexible than ever and my fingers have grown about an inch or so and they are looking slimmer! Believe in the process people!

These exercises actually work! I've been doing them twice daily for about 5 days. On the first two I couldn't really see much change and it kind of hurted. On day 3 i noticed my fingers got a bit slimmer. Today after doing them i decided to wear one of my rings to see if there was any difference and I was really shocked by the outcome. My ring that used to fit only my index and ring finger (and halfway through the middle) can now fit on all my fingers (yes including the thumb as well) This really helped me so thank you :). One thing I'd like to say is that although the exercises do work I'm pretty sure that if you gain A LOT of weight then this might affect the outcome. I'm not saying that if you're heavy it won't work on you because in fact I'm quite overweight myself. The thing is my weight hasn't changed that much during the time period.
So I've been doing this exercise for about actually a week, and i'm impressed they actually worked! Its okay if you don't feel like doing the exercise or whatever, cause even so, after 2-3 days of not doing the exercise, my hands still became slim, but I'm gonna try the exercise this one last time because I don't wanna get my fingers too slim/bony. Yet its really effective, definitely try.

I’ve tried this for like almost a week, it worked well and it’s super relaxing! My hands are quite smaller for a little. (I did this twice daily) but the first days are quite sore.
I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks, it's not as drastic of a change as the thumbnail but it definitely does work. my rings fit more properly now, so I'll be doing this more.
Gonna keep progress Day 1: Started today, no major change, but feeling pain. Day 2: Same like yesterday, no major change in my fingers size. Day 3: Doing twice a day, till now no major changes.. Day 4: No major changes i could see, but still im going to continue for 10 more days. Almost a week and 2 days now: still no major changes, its not slimmed down, but i am going to continue for one more week.. i will keep you posted.

I've been dealing with hand and joint pains for a while, gonna do this twice a day for a month and see how it goes. Day 1: It helped relieve a bit of pain, but no visible changes yet obviously.

Idk about others but this workout really worked out for me. Have been following this since 18th June 2024 and I have seen tremendous change. I practice it thrice a day if not at least twice a day compulsorily. I would definitely recommend this particular exercise. And yes the fingers don't become long but as the hands and fingers get slimmer it gives a good longer looking fingers. Trust me, go for it.

I’ve been doing this for about a month now and my fingers haven’t grown longer, but they have definitely gotten slimmer which makes them appear longer! I would definitely recommend doing this, and I can now bend my fingers further back from how much they’ve been stretched 💀

just trynna keep track of my progress:
D1: hands felt pretty relaxed and stretched out
D2: no difference appearance wise, but hands feel way flexible
D3: still no difference appearance wise, though my joints felt good
D4: may have slimmed down a bit, but cant really tell. Hands felt good as always.
D5: don't see any major difference yet
D6: Seeing minor changes, you will see faster result if you accompany this with other arm strength exercises like push ups, pull ups, weight lift, and many others. For even more faster result, losing weight generally, eating healthier food, and exercise daily.
D7: Seeing minor results, i will continue this exercise for a couple weeks since it makes my hands more flexible and stretched out.

These exercises actually work! I've been doing them twice daily for about 5 days. On the first two I couldn't really see much change and it kind of hurted. On day 3 i noticed my fingers got a bit slimmer. Today after doing them i decided to wear one of my rings to see if there was any difference and I was really shocked by the outcome. My ring that used to fit only my index and ring finger (and halfway through the middle) can now fit on all my fingers (yes including the thumb as well) This really helped me so thank you :). One thing I'd like to say is that although the exercises do work I'm pretty sure that if you gain A LOT of weight then this might affect the outcome. I'm not saying that if you're heavy it won't work on you because in fact I'm quite overweight myself. The thing is my weight hasn't changed that much during the time period.

So I've been doing this exercise for about actually a week, and i'm impressed they actually worked! Its okay if you don't feel like doing the exercise or whatever, cause even so, after 2-3 days of not doing the exercise, my hands still became slim, but I'm gonna try the exercise this one last time because I don't wanna get my fingers too slim/bony. Yet its really effective, definitely try.

Day 1 - Unlike other people's comments my hand doesn't feel sore
Day 2 - I took pictures yesterday to compare it for today. I don't see any improvement but I'll take a video instead next time
Day 3 - Some change can be seen. Probably. I had to squeeze in 20 minutes of my time at work to do this. Lets go!!!

I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks, it's not as drastic of a change as the thumbnail but it definitely does work. my rings fit more properly now, so I'll be doing this more.

Day 1: Started today, no major change, but feeling pain.
Day 2: Same like yesterday, no major change in my fingers size.
Day 3: Doing twice a day, till now no major changes..
Day 4: No major changes i could see, but still im going to continue for 10 more days.
Almost a week and 2 days now: still no major changes, its not slimmed down, but i am going to continue for one more week.. i will keep you posted.

I do these for 3 times a day, and I now see results in just 3 days. Very effective, totally would recommend.
To see better results:
- Message your hand with olive oil.
- Do it more than twice a day.

Day 1-2: It's normal for you hands to be sore, after 2 days you'll get used to it.
Day 3-4: I've seen people that haven't seen updates in their hands but for me it's lost some of it's fat & I developed veins.
Day 5: Slimmed down but for me personally it'll lost fat mostly on your middle & thumb. N

I need longer fingers for guitar. ill go ahead and record results. I know others doing the same but it helps to have multiple people reporting positive results
Day 1: its only the first day so not gonna see much. Hands feel sore
2: Nothing noteworthy; Fingers somewhat sore but not as bad
3: No results. Ive been measuring measuring my fingers in centimeters and keeping track and nothing
4: Still nothing, the only thing i noticed is my fingers getting slower. I cant play the jujutsu kaisen ots at the correct tempo now. Im gonna stop here for that reason.

Idk about others but this workout really worked out for me. Have been following this since 18th June 2024 and I have seen tremendous change. I practice it thrice a day if not at least twice a day compulsorily. I would definitely recommend this particular exercise. And yes the fingers don't become long but as the hands and fingers get slimmer it gives a good longer looking fingers. Trust me, go for it.
