    I have been doing Exercises from past 4 days ! At first i thought it won't be working but somehow i started doing these exercises and now I'm really very impressed ! We all know our right hand / fingers are not so flexible as our left ! But now my right hand/finger are more flexible and could see or feel the difference !

      When you lose fat in your hands it automatically create the illusion of a longer hands. same with losing body fat throughout your whole body it makes you look taller 😊

    Guys THIS WORKS.
    I've been doing this twice a day for 3 weeks, and so far my fingers are a bit softer and slimmer.
    I'M SO HAPPY I'M GONNA DO THIS FOREVER NOW.
    I swear this isn't a scam. It even helps if you wanna play an instrument: it makes your fingers more flexible and easy to move.

    I started doing these because I bought a ring thinking it was my size and it BARELY fit me. Literally in 3 days it already fits so much better. I'm gonna keep doing them. It also really helps because I type on my computer a lot at work and my fingers get cramped, so even if it didn't have a slimming effect, my hands actually feel great and relaxed!

    I'm starting the exercise today, I'll keep yall updated.
    Day 1: hands are kinda sore
    Day 2: I don't see any differences yet but I'm gonna keep going
    Day 3: hands still look the same
    Day 4: still no difference
    Day 5: I'm starting to see a bit of a difference.
    Day 6: I can see more of a difference now
    Day 7: It worked, my hands look slimmer and taller than before!!

    Day 1: obv nothing happened but my fingers were sore for the rest of the day.
    Day 2: nothing changed again, but it is a lil sore , tmr I’m gonna do it twice a day tho.
    Day 3: I CAN ACTUALLY SEE RESULTS!! Like not a lot but it’s definitely changeddddd
    Day 4: the length didn't really change but they are a lot slimmer
    I’ll come back everyday just like, to remind me ;)

    wanted to share my results so here ya go:
    it’s my 5th day of doing these exercises and i see results! i can now visibly see my tendon muscles which i couldn’t see before!(i think that’s what they’re called, basically those lines that are like by your knuckles and they look like thin bones) my fingers feel a lot slimmer too, but in order to get my desired fingers i’ll have to do these exercises are lot longer than a week, but these exercises do work!! i’ve been doing them twice daily and sometimes i just stretch my fingers and stuff when i’m doing simple tasks like watching TV, talking to my family etc, sometimes i do it more than twice but that’s just cuz my fingers are thick and i’m trying to lose the finger fat quickly so i’m more motivated, but it’s ofc different for everyone! dont give up on these exercises, remember to do them everyday though! your fingers are like the rest of your body so if you gain a lot of weight and done workout your fingers are gonna get chubby too :)

    I have been doing this exercise for more than 20 days twice a day. Sometimes i missed it as well. My finger length was earlier 6.2 cm and now it 7 cm. And they have definitely slimmed down which makes them look beautiful. Thanks to the admin. I love my fingers now.

    I’ve been doing this for about a month now and my fingers haven’t grown longer, but they have definitely gotten slimmer which makes them appear longer! I would definitely recommend doing this, and I can now bend my fingers further back from how much they’ve been stretched 💀

    just trynna keep track of my progress:
    D1: hands felt pretty relaxed and stretched out
    D2: no difference appearance wise, but hands feel way flexible
    D3: still no difference appearance wise, though my joints felt good
    D4: may have slimmed down a bit, but cant really tell. Hands felt good as always.
    D5: don't see any major difference yet
    D6: Seeing minor changes, you will see faster result if you accompany this with other arm strength exercises like push ups, pull ups, weight lift, and many others. For even more faster result, losing weight generally, eating healthier food, and exercise daily.
    D7: Seeing minor results, i will continue this exercise for a couple weeks since it makes my hands more flexible and stretched out.

    HELLO EVERYONE!! After 7 months I’m back, updates this helped a lot I love the way my hands look now! Must definitely try and apply cream to your hands so they stay moisturized! Hope this helped

    Day 2 :
    again, did it once, it doesn't hurt as much as last time.
    Day 3: I can already kinda see it

    Day 1: my hands lowkey hurt; no noticeable changes
    Day 2 : my hands hurt less today and felt easier ; still no noticeable changes
    Day 3 : my hands are no longer sore ; there might be some changes but still 2 early to tell

    These exercises actually work! I've been doing them twice daily for about 5 days. On the first two I couldn't really see much change and it kind of hurted. On day 3 i noticed my fingers got a bit slimmer. Today after doing them i decided to wear one of my rings to see if there was any difference and I was really shocked by the outcome. My ring that used to fit only my index and ring finger (and halfway through the middle) can now fit on all my fingers (yes including the thumb as well) This really helped me so thank you :). One thing I'd like to say is that although the exercises do work I'm pretty sure that if you gain A LOT of weight then this might affect the outcome. I'm not saying that if you're heavy it won't work on you because in fact I'm quite overweight myself. The thing is my weight hasn't changed that much during the time period.

    So I've been doing this exercise for about actually a week, and i'm impressed they actually worked! Its okay if you don't feel like doing the exercise or whatever, cause even so, after 2-3 days of not doing the exercise, my hands still became slim, but I'm gonna try the exercise this one last time because I don't wanna get my fingers too slim/bony. Yet its really effective, definitely try.

    I'll be doing this along with two other exercises for two weeks and I'll try to update this daily. No need to like the comment as a reminder but it is appreciated!
    Day 1 - Unlike other people's comments my hand doesn't feel sore
    Day 2 - I took pictures yesterday to compare it for today. I don't see any improvement but I'll take a video instead next time
    Day 3 - Some change can be seen. Probably. I had to squeeze in 20 minutes of my time at work to do this. Lets go!!!
    Oof. No updates for awhile but I'm back! Results are visible on my left hand for sure. Looks really pretty.

    Doing this for 1 week however imma actually tell u the results starts today
    Day 1: I don’t see no difference however my hands are so relaxed and stretched this has taken lots of stress away
    Day 2 this relax time after doing tress full school work however my fingers are a bit longer

    I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks, it's not as drastic of a change as the thumbnail but it definitely does work. my rings fit more properly now, so I'll be doing this more.

    Gonna keep progress
    Day 1: Started today, no major change, but feeling pain.
    Day 2: Same like yesterday, no major change in my fingers size.
    Day 3: Doing twice a day, till now no major changes..
    Day 4: No major changes i could see, but still im going to continue for 10 more days.
    Almost a week and 2 days now: still no major changes, its not slimmed down, but i am going to continue for one more week.. i will keep you posted.

    I do these for 3 times a day, and I now see results in just 3 days. Very effective, totally would recommend.
    To see better results:
    - Message your hand with olive oil.
    - Do it more than twice a day.

    Day 5: Slimmed down but for me personally it'll lost fat mostly on your middle & thumb. N

    I need longer fingers for guitar. ill go ahead and record results. I know others doing the same but it helps to have multiple people reporting positive results
    Day 1: its only the first day so not gonna see much. Hands feel sore
    2: Nothing noteworthy; Fingers somewhat sore but not as bad
    3: No results. Ive been measuring measuring my fingers in centimeters and keeping track and nothing
    4: Still nothing, the only thing i noticed is my fingers getting slower. I cant play the jujutsu kaisen ots at the correct tempo now. Im gonna stop here for that reason.

    Day 1: Not really sore that much, I look forward to seeing how this goes.
    Day 2: The usual, not really sore or anything still. No noticeable changes as would be expected on the second day.
    Day 3: Quite sore this time. Noticed no changes at all compared to my starting pictures but it’s only day 3 so we’ll have to see.
    Day 4: No issues with being sore or anything. Still maybe small differences but nothing genuinely noticeable.

    Day three: my hands feel more flexible and my fingers are able to stretch more in the exercises. But my fingers still look the same, which makes sense for only 3 days

    Idk about others but this workout really worked out for me. Have been following this since 18th June 2024 and I have seen tremendous change. I practice it thrice a day if not at least twice a day compulsorily. I would definitely recommend this particular exercise. And yes the fingers don't become long but as the hands and fingers get slimmer it gives a good longer looking fingers. Trust me, go for it.

    I notice a change in my fingers when I tried it for the first time! It really does work

    Day 1: no change at all
    Day 2: my fingers hurt but no visible change at all
    Day 3: I'm doing it twice a day but I ain't noticing any visible changes. May be it'll take more days as I've chubby fingers.

    This is very helpful I did this 3 times a day for 3 days and now my fingers are thin and strong

    I'll update everyone tehe
    ✅Day 1- it's the first day so barely any changes but my hands feel relaxed but sore and they look a tiny bit longer
    ✅Day 2- definitely hearing some cracks I never heard before but I don't really see any changes lol
    ✅Day 3- (I am so sorry I was on a trip) but today was a little hard, still hearing cracks and don't know where there coming from lol
    ✅Day 4- So today was easier than all the other days but I'm noticing a difference
    ✅Day 5- I'm definitely noticing a difference, I'm glad my fingers don't look like sausages that much lol

    Day 1:my hands and arms hurts and i cant see any effects
    Day 2:same as yesterday the exercise hurts even more
    Day 3:still no difference but the workout doesnt hurt much that anymore

    Woww! I cant believe this excersise is working before i cant wear a ring but when i started to do this excersise my fingers become slim and now i can able to wear a ring without stuck thankyou very much for this excersise.

    Day 1: Hurts really badly
    Day 2: Still hurts
    Day 3: I can see a bit of change
    Day 4: It feels nicer
    Day 5: a bit more slimmer
    Day 6: easier to do
    Day 7: My fingers feel more flexible

    I have been doing these exercises for the past 3 days, twice daily. I haven't really seen any difference in my fingers and hands yet. I will still be doing it. Let's hope for the best. But yes, my left hand really feels more flexible.
