my daughter's joined in today! it was so fun moving with them a making lasting health for myself and ultimately for them to. Thank you Molley so much! I had to modify some of the floor core exercises because of pregnancy but I look forward to go back and bein gable to do them again someday.
Had chocolate cake for breakfast and then this workout - living my best life haha!!! I had to modify quite a bit but it was a great feeling to still make it to the end! My dance teacher would love you because I have gotten WAY out of shape during winter break and I needed those donkey kicks! My legs are shaking!
This is a great workout. You are so much fun. I would never thought to do a workout to heavy metal. Even though I don't know all the songs, it is a lot of fun discovering new, fresh workouts . Thank you for a great workout ❤
Wooo I was struggling but I stuck through it as best I could, while also listening to my body. It's been awhile since I've done strength training 😅 I started working out again back in December and your metal dance and hiits have definitely improved my stamina and strength! Can't wait to see improvement through the rest of this month. 💕

I laughed when you said the next song was by I Prevail. Ny husband loves them and I hear them all the time! He is bassist for the metalcore band Villains in Vain and thinks their song "Trapped at the End" would make a really good workout. 🤭
