It might be possible for BlackBeard to inherit the DF powers by transplanting the heart however, I’d consider it a waste in MOST scenarios. That would mean the Tremor DF would be replaced for another- which I doubt he’s willing to sit aside. It’s more viable for him to perform the immortal surgery on himself then discard the Ope Ope no Mi.

No they never were. Parcemedias are highly depending on form and user, some are really strong, while others are rather weak. Awakening one is rare, but does give a huge power boost. With Zoan most of the time you need a strong body, to make the most out of it. Awakening them give you crazy healing powers and durability. Also if you have a normal Animal Fruit (so no mythical beasts) it is the easiest to awaken (so far we have 6 and one who can do it with the help of drugs). Logia have the highest power if you get it. However that leads to 2 weakpoints. The first is you get overconfident, if you do not know about Haki and can get you shit kicked your shit kicked in. Second as far as we know you cannot awaken a Logia fruit.
Blackbeard didn’t go after Ace, Ace came after him because Blackbeard killed Thatch for the Yami Yami no Mi, Blackbeard was going after Luffy. He also seemed to not know that they were related, so I’d say going after Luffy wasn’t to lure Ace to him either. So I don’t think he intentionally started the war at Marineford because of that, it just worked out that way when Ace came after him in revenge & got blindsided by his devil fruit

Fun fact Luffy is based off Sun Wukong. Do you know Sun Wukong fought a Deity That could give himself 3 heads. It Nezha A Chinese deity who caused a lot of trouble. So my guess is Blackbeard holds the One Piece equivalent of the Human human model Nezha.

Ever since the start of Wano, I've been trying to find any relations or correlations to the Ainu/Enzo who are the indigenous peoples of Japan. In chapter 965, Higurashi meets Orochi and talks about he's an orphan and say's that he's from the Kurizumi clan aka the Black Charcoal clan and that he's left in poverty because of these "Moon" clans as stated in the video. According to the indigenous of the north in real life in Japan, the Japanese we see today descend from the 'Sun clans' hence the name "the Rising Sun" while the indigenous from northern Japan are known as the people of the 'Moon'. This obviously has nothing to do with Blackbeard nor One Piece as a whole, but I just find it interesting how modern Japanese don't know much about the indigenous (especially in Ancient Japan) and twist terms and history for anime and manga entertainment. I have searched for so long to find anime and manga that mention the indigenous but I can't find any. In modern Japan only 50k are left while in the US their indigenous are 3M. The only Anime that slightly mentioned them was surprisingly Fairy Tail.

Bro cooked with this🔥🔥, but I was just thinking, assuming that Blackbeard has a limit of one more devil fruit that he could consume, then would it not be that it is Kuma's devil fruit because if you look at all the devil fruits that he currently has, their main abilities revolve around absorption (the yami yami no mi) and shock (the gura gura no mi), so if you were to add Kuma's fruit into the mix, with it being that it's main ability is centered around repulsion, if all 3 are combined that would not only make him the most versatile character in the verse that can attack with enough might to shake the world, absorb so much that not even light can escape, and repel any attacks and physical injuries to even memories (meaning that the physical weakness to attacks is now no longer a factor), I think that might be his next choice but I could be wrong. Now that you mentioned that the Sea King in the East Blue Saga (Lord of the Coast) was inspired from Flotsam and Jetsam. A couple of things came up to mind -Shanks in the East Blue Saga lost his arm to the Lord of the Coast -At the meeting of Shanks and Whitebeard. Shanks alluded to a certain man who left him with a scar on his right eye. -Later on in Marineford War, it is confirmed that Blackbeard was the one who gave the scar to shank's right eye. Which leads me to believe that, if we assume that Blackbeard has a connection metaphorically to an octopus / kraken, or is a half human half octopus / kraken (kind of like Davy Jones as stated in the video). And that the Lord of the Coast was inspired by Flotsam and Jetsam (which are the minions / underlings of Ursula which is also an entity with an octopus trait.) Then ODA might have foreshadowed a past/history, fight/badblood between Shanks and Blackbeard during the East Blue Saga, using the scene where Shanks facing off against Lord of the Coast as a metaphor. -Shanks faced off against Lord of the Coast = Ended up with him having left with a unhealable mark on his body (in this case he lost his arms) --Shanks faced off against Blackbeard = Ended up with him having left with a unhealable mark on his body (in this case his scars on his right eye) The "Shanks saving Luffy from Lord of the Coast scene" might or could also be metaphorically foreshadow on what will happen in near end of One Piece. Shanks will come and save Luffy at the cost of (x). Which would then Luffy trains himself to be stronger. And would end up defeating Blackebard, just as how Luffy end up one punching Lord of the Coast in Foosha Village.

I personally did not think about it being a hint towards the reveal of one of the characters that we already know that has the power of/ or is Sun God Nika, for i thought its just a random aesthetic choice that Oda puts into the anime/manga. But ever since the reveal of Luffy's Awakening, that might not be the case and Oda could/might have done it intentionally. Only Oda knows. And who knows this might be the same case as well. But hey It's just a theory, A One Piece Theory !!

Hey! Just recently went on a One Piece gauntlet and caught up to the anime over these past 3 months! Loving to hear all these theories going around! Love this idea! I even wanted to build further into this idea, might be a stretch, but because devil fruit do have somewhat of a will of their own, what if this octopus devil fruit was different from others, where it keeps the souls/personalities/hearts of previous eaters of the fruit, but on the 4th consumer, the oldest consumer is lost and gone forever. What if this is why he never sleeps as well, he has other personalities that come to life when one sleeps. And what if the reason he is crying is because it was another personality in the fruit realizing that if this host dies and the next time the fruit is eaten, they will be gone next. Also might explain why he knows so much. Perhaps the old consumers pushed him the right way to get knowledge or even gave him their knowledge, maybe one of the previous consumers were even from the blank century. Obviously might be a stretch, but I like the idea of the 3 hearts and wanted to see if we could take that a step further! Happy to be caught up in the anime, I am suuuuper tempted to look at the manga now cuz I need more One Piece! In hawaiian mythologies, there is a God named Kane (pronounced as Cuh-Nee) who's called as the Deity of the Sun, Dawn, and Creation. There is also a God named Kanaloa. Who is called as the deity of death, underworld and often morphs into a giant octopus that devours all sailors. Luffy is Kane (Cuh-Nee) BB is Kanaloa This is a reach but it's kinda cool looking at its similarity to the one piece lore.

I think Black beard is a mythical zoan user before he even joined the white beard pirates and why buggy said he was a monster. I think he is a Japanese/Chinese Chimera and is based off of a Bai "Ze", hakutaku, and Baku with weird bodies and claws. A Baku has the powers to eat nightmares/dreams, and we know devil fruits are wishes/dreams. Also, the devil fruits powers he now possess (darkness and earthquakes) are some of the most nightmarish dream/wish powers around, and why I think black beard could eat them. He literally made munching sounds when he was covered with white beard's body. Black beard also talks about "pirates' dreams" When he first runs into the straw hats and everyone is laughing at them about Sky Island. Next it is mentioned that his crew all have their own ambitions or dreams which sounds like a selfish crew, but in reality he is surrounding him self with a powerful crew who have their own dreams, and he may possibly be feeding off of them. This is why the pirate that I believe may have had this fruit first was xebec. His crew were similar that they were powerful, had there own agendas, and he didn't seem to mind. Finally, I think Shanks wanted to talk to the gorosei about Black beard because he has the power to eat their demonic devil fruits and kill them. Luffy and black beard are two sides of the same coin, and both want the same thing in different ways. Luffy with joyboys philosophy, and black beard with xebec's. Kinda like MLK vs. Malcom X philosophies.

Shikki is maybe not from Wano, but he was in Wano at least once. Chapter 915 and 916, Great Sumo Wrestler Tournament, where Kiku chops of the hair bun of that man; the roof of the arena is flying by itself. That is clearly Shikkis devil fruit power working there. Chapter 595 Apoo was able to escape wild animals threw suddenly running, "flying" in the air and was later working for Kaido as an informant. I think there is a great chance that Apoo is working for Shikki and somehow Shikki is responsible for a lot that happened in Wano.

I think its kind of lame if blackbeard has a water creature based fruit when it's established the ocean is the antithesis of devil fruits. I don't think Blackbeards fruit would be the only exception to this rule and even if it was, he ate two more fruits on top of it so he'd be screwed In the ocean either way. I think its more likely that he ate the Bai Ze fruit. It fits more of the wierd unexplained things about Blackbeard

Ever since the start of Wano, I've been trying to find any relations or correlations to the Ainu/Enzo who are the indigenous peoples of Japan. In chapter 965, Higurashi meets Orochi and talks about he's an orphan and say's that he's from the Kurizumi clan aka the Black Charcoal clan and that he's left in poverty because of these "Moon" clans as stated in the video. According to the indigenous of the north in real life in Japan, the Japanese we see today descend from the 'Sun clans' hence the name "the Rising Sun" while the indigenous from northern Japan are known as the people of the 'Moon'. This obviously has nothing to do with Blackbeard nor One Piece as a whole, but I just find it interesting how modern Japanese don't know much about the indigenous (especially in Ancient Japan) and twist terms and history for anime and manga entertainment.
I have searched for so long to find anime and manga that mention the indigenous but I can't find any. In modern Japan only 50k are left while in the US their indigenous are 3M. The only Anime that slightly mentioned them was surprisingly Fairy Tail.

Bro cooked with this🔥🔥, but I was just thinking, assuming that Blackbeard has a limit of one more devil fruit that he could consume, then would it not be that it is Kuma's devil fruit because if you look at all the devil fruits that he currently has, their main abilities revolve around absorption (the yami yami no mi) and shock (the gura gura no mi), so if you were to add Kuma's fruit into the mix, with it being that it's main ability is centered around repulsion, if all 3 are combined that would not only make him the most versatile character in the verse that can attack with enough might to shake the world, absorb so much that not even light can escape, and repel any attacks and physical injuries to even memories (meaning that the physical weakness to attacks is now no longer a factor), I think that might be his next choice but I could be wrong. I also just wanted to ask, does anyone remember the toki toki no mi, like Oda introduced a devil fruit that allows it's user to travel forward in time. With how much detail Oda's put in to one piece I don't think it's just a once off thing, but I'd love to see 333VIL's take on it.

Now that you mentioned that the Sea King in the East Blue Saga (Lord of the Coast) was inspired from Flotsam and Jetsam.
A couple of things came up to mind
-Shanks in the East Blue Saga lost his arm to the Lord of the Coast
-At the meeting of Shanks and Whitebeard. Shanks alluded to a certain man who left him with a scar on his right eye.
-Later on in Marineford War, it is confirmed that Blackbeard was the one who gave the scar to shank's right eye.
Which leads me to believe that, if we assume that Blackbeard has a connection metaphorically to an octopus / kraken, or is a half human half octopus / kraken (kind of like Davy Jones as stated in the video). And that the Lord of the Coast was inspired by Flotsam and Jetsam (which are the minions / underlings of Ursula which is also an entity with an octopus trait.)
Then ODA might have foreshadowed a past/history, fight/badblood between Shanks and Blackbeard during the East Blue Saga, using the scene where Shanks facing off against Lord of the Coast as a metaphor.
-Shanks faced off against Lord of the Coast = Ended up with him having left with a unhealable mark on his body (in this case he lost his arms)
--Shanks faced off against Blackbeard = Ended up with him having left with a unhealable mark on his body (in this case his scars on his right eye)
The "Shanks saving Luffy from Lord of the Coast scene" might or could also be metaphorically foreshadow on what will happen in near end of One Piece. Shanks will come and save Luffy at the cost of (x). Which would then Luffy trains himself to be stronger. And would end up defeating Blackebard, just as how Luffy end up one punching Lord of the Coast in Foosha Village.

(if you have not watched it yet go check it out, its kind of cool) I did not state nor did i confirm that BB would be a kraken since a sea king is based on Flotsam and Jetsam. In theory BB is a Kraken because of things stated in the video. I only draw parallels between BB and Ursula. How they are both have the same "qualities". Both being a half human half sea creature.

Throughout the whole story of One Piece, Oda has sprinkled "not so obvious, subtle and completely random hints" of Sun God Nika.
An example of that is the HITO shirt on franky in Fishman Island arc? (iirc) And the sun god nika pose of Brook.
-Why of all the combination of letters and image that can be put on franky's shirt, it shows HIT☀ on it?
-And why of all people would they do a Sun God pose? Why did brook do it?
I personally did not think about it being a hint towards the reveal of one of the characters that we already know that has the power of/ or is Sun God Nika, for i thought its just a random aesthetic choice that Oda puts into the anime/manga. But ever since the reveal of Luffy's Awakening, that might not be the case and Oda could/might have done it intentionally. Only Oda knows.
And who knows this might be the same case as well. But hey It's just a theory, A One Piece Theory !!

Hey! Just recently went on a One Piece gauntlet and caught up to the anime over these past 3 months! Loving to hear all these theories going around! Love this idea! I even wanted to build further into this idea, might be a stretch, but because devil fruit do have somewhat of a will of their own, what if this octopus devil fruit was different from others, where it keeps the souls/personalities/hearts of previous eaters of the fruit, but on the 4th consumer, the oldest consumer is lost and gone forever.
What if this is why he never sleeps as well, he has other personalities that come to life when one sleeps. And what if the reason he is crying is because it was another personality in the fruit realizing that if this host dies and the next time the fruit is eaten, they will be gone next.
Also might explain why he knows so much. Perhaps the old consumers pushed him the right way to get knowledge or even gave him their knowledge, maybe one of the previous consumers were even from the blank century. Obviously might be a stretch, but I like the idea of the 3 hearts and wanted to see if we could take that a step further! Happy to be caught up in the anime, I am suuuuper tempted to look at the manga now cuz I need more One Piece!

I think Black beard is a mythical zoan user before he even joined the white beard pirates and why buggy said he was a monster. I think he is a Japanese/Chinese Chimera and is based off of a Bai "Ze", hakutaku, and Baku with weird bodies and claws. A Baku has the powers to eat nightmares/dreams, and we know devil fruits are wishes/dreams. Also, the devil fruits powers he now possess (darkness and earthquakes) are some of the most nightmarish dream/wish powers around, and why I think black beard could eat them. He literally made munching sounds when he was covered with white beard's body. Black beard also talks about "pirates' dreams" When he first runs into the straw hats and everyone is laughing at them about Sky Island. Next it is mentioned that his crew all have their own ambitions or dreams which sounds like a selfish crew, but in reality he is surrounding him self with a powerful crew who have their own dreams, and he may possibly be feeding off of them. This is why the pirate that I believe may have had this fruit first was xebec. His crew were similar that they were powerful, had there own agendas, and he didn't seem to mind. Finally, I think Shanks wanted to talk to the gorosei about Black beard because he has the power to eat their demonic devil fruits and kill them. Luffy and black beard are two sides of the same coin, and both want the same thing in different ways. Luffy with joyboys philosophy, and black beard with xebec's. Kinda like MLK vs. Malcom X philosophies.

I think its kind of lame if blackbeard has a water creature based fruit when it's established the ocean is the antithesis of devil fruits. I don't think Blackbeards fruit would be the only exception to this rule and even if it was, he ate two more fruits on top of it so he'd be screwed In the ocean either way. I think its more likely that he ate the Bai Ze fruit. It fits more of the wierd unexplained things about Blackbeard
