Enel was was an extremely powerful df user, but the whole skypea aec is a bit weird, in the sens that apparently it adds nothing to the story.
It is imho one of the best arcs in the series, but it's weirdly inconsequential, there is no major change in the strawhats voyage after skypea, just some minor lore about the poneglyphs

Enel 100% deserves a higher spot. He one tapped anyone that he came across, except for Luffy. Enel probably could have competed against Big Mom and Kaido, you see how Nami was able to affect big mom like she did with lightning. Enel had FAR more output. Bro deserves more than a C. C tier would be people that couldn't even beat zoro or sanji.

Swap the Goro Goro no mi with the Suna Suna no Mi and then you have it set up correctly! When lightning strikes the ground, the sand is melted and a "fulgurite" (a sand tube) is created.
In fact, Kizaru's Light Fruit would be the strongest next to Blackbeard's Dark Fruit and not Akainu's Magma Fruit! Light is pure energy, while magma only emits a tiny fraction of the energy of the material (the molten rock), light can be "compressed" infinitely (since light does not interact with light) and thus virtually generate a temperature that goes far beyond a billion degrees Celsius! Magma would never be able to do this. But physics probably doesn't have much say in the world of One Piece :D

Enel should be at A tier or even S tier it was just that he had to fight his only weakness which is why he lost. I also think Ace maybe should go into B tier as his devil fruit mastery was amazing like especially in his fight with Blackbeard he showed just how skilled he was with his devil fruit. It also says that he fought on par with Jinbe who was a warlord of the sea so I think he may deserve a spot on B tier. He also had all 3 types of haki which made him even stronger. Everything else is pretty valid.
Fr man he put enel on C tier even when he was fighting against luffy who has a counter fruit to defeat him when he is actually strong it’s just that there is no scenes of him fighting different opponents besides the straw hats and wysper.
Even when he couldn't hurt luffy with lightning, it made no sense that he didn't avoid luffy's spinning golden fist by dispersing himself. He basically got one- shotted because the writer said so . Top worst fights along with katakuri who only lost because he ran out of stamina and luffy has plot armor.

Enel not in S??? Not even in A??? Enel is maybe the first confirmed haki user seen in op and surely the first to use an advanced haki technique
Enel is insanely skilled as a df user and he only lost because luffy was his only natural enemy.
It's true he relies on the fruit at 100%, thus opening himself to an otherwise easy to solve weakness, bu he's also one of the most complex, clever and sinister (in a cool way) characters of the series

Katakuri mochi fruit is special paramecia which has properties of logia
But it's not a Logia though (funny it was originally classified as a Logia but got retconned into a "special paramecia.")
@@zeospark9715 i thinks what makes katakuri paramecia special is the fact that he can become and produce mochi which is only seen with logia. With paramecia either your body transform ( baggy, luffy, alvida,etc ) or produce ( mr3, doflamingo, robin, etc)something but not both at the same time.

Logia is specific for natural elements of earth and mochi is man made...
Katakuri’s fruit doesn’t at all have logia properties. In simple words it LOOKS like that because of his future sight.

The way enel lost was bull. Logia users can disperse and make holes in their body to avoid stuff but he took luffy's golden fist like a noob.
That's only possible with future sight, which enel didn't have. Also enel himself said it's too fast before luffy hit him with that golden punch

Most Paramecia Devil Fruits don't let you morph transform your body into an element/material, the only exception (that I can think of) being the Mochi Mochi No Mi. Paramecia's only let you affect the environment (normally).

Nope. Pika's Stone Stone Fruit / Ishi Ishi no Mi is a PARAMECIA Type, not Logia.
It turns the user into a Stone Assimilation Human. User can only merge with & manipulate stone they are in contact with.
The only reason Enel lost because Luffy was made of Rubber,just like how crocodile only lost because he was attacked with water if not we all agree he would have bodied the straw hats and enel took out everyone with ease if luffy was not made of rubber he would win no problem.
Its no understatement to say he would be Admiral level or higher if he trained his devil fruit like everyone else
