how to radiate true confidence

in this video I'm going to be sharing how I got from a place of having crippling social anxiety to a point where I truly, truly could care less if others hold judgement of me and their ideas of how I should live my life has absolutely no bearing on my decisions. sounds like a pretty great life, right? it's also not lonely, because confidence allows you to draw boundaries and be selective with who you let in to your circle. confidence is absolutely everything.

this is true
i was reading today a certain biology book about how biology is flexible
and biology is life and thats why what you said is true
And if life is not fixed then life is a mystery
when we live a certain mystery we can never totally control we should instead accept it
and accept it with love for oursleves and others
