I love even when they say “that’s dumb, why would you spend so much time suppressing your mana rather than get stronger?” And the answer is always the same “let’s me kill demons better”
It isn't "rather than get stronger". The mana suppression being "so dumb" is because demons have a strength based hierarchy and it is only useful if attempting to deceive someone. The only reason to practice mana suppression to the extent that Frieren has would be to deceive demons.
She's not "Frieren the strongest mage" she's "Frieren the slayer"

This is the demon equivalent of a billionaire robber spending their life on the streets continuously to have a slight element of surprise when they rob someone.
You are not doing this for yourself, and simply for the goal of robbing someone and that is bonkers for the demons.

frieren max mana output is equal to serie supressed mana
True, but we don't know for certain what that means yet, for one, there are visible fluctuations in Serie's unsuppressed mana, and none in Frieren's. meaning Frieren (and Fern) are likely much better at suppressing their Mana than Serie, who never saw that much point to mastering it to that extent,
Serie might only be suppressing like half or a third of her mana, compared to Frieren who can suppress virtually 100% of hers. Serie's definitely got more, but how much more is entirely unclear.

given the degree to which Frieren is suppressing her mana (nearly all of it, at all times) it's possible that it creates more fluctuations from how much is being held back, where Serie is potentially suppressing a far smaller percentage of her power and we're still seeing fluctuations,
And just as Serie's student didn't notice it from Serie, we don't know if Fern has ever spotted it from Frieren, but she did spot it from Serie, it might be simple confirmation bias in favour of their respective masters that make them blind to it. Serie's might be just as detectable, if not more so than Frieren's even at a potentially lower level of suppression.
Of course Serie could actually be holding back MORE of her power percentage wise than Frieren is, who knows.

It was an option to send her agains her race but it depends how much control do the scales have over someone and how do they control him. If Frieren orders her to: 1. go kill other demons 2. keep her mount shut and do not speak permanently and do not try to convey any information to other demons in any way 3.Avoid humans entirely, by the time Aura makes it to other demons her ability to resist will have diminished but that is if the scales effect takes hold if the subjugated target is far away which isn't explained. Frieren hates Demons too much to do this even if it were to cross her mind
Edit:it is also possible that Frieren knows more about the scales then it is explained in the show, so she chooses to go for the kill, instead of making some use of Aura, even if its not sending her against demons atleast interogating her for usefull info
Those ideas may cross Frieren's mind. But Aura just cut all of those options out when she said about Himmel is already gone. It is confirmed to Frieren that, Aura still is as Demon as they last met =w=
Its far too big of a risk. We know for sure the scale have its limit, that's why she's controlling an undead army instead of a brainwashed army. Losing control of Aura is one thing, but if she manages to escape with the knowledge of Frieren's level, she would have become a bigger problem in the future.

Lugner said demons study one certain magic all thier life. in case of Aura its that control spell, without it she's useless and there is no proof she can use it while being controlled by it herself. also, controlled Aura by herself is a hint of Frieren's power level for demons, they see her controlled and figure out that Frieren has more mana than Aura. killing her was by far the best option.

Someone explain what does the ⚖️ do? Exactly? After it tipped completely to frieren's side aura's eyes had a noticeable change that looks hypnotized almost. Does that mean that the winner gets to have the loser as their puppet and she chose to end her life because of her verifying that she's a monster that needed to be slain?
aura explains it in the full episode, but essentially it weighs two 'souls', or aura's soul against frieren's in this case. whoever has the stronger 'soul' (aka more magic power) takes mental control of the other and can order the other to do anything. aura amassed an army of former human heroes using this method since she's a 500 year old greater demon with corresponding amounts of mana. however, if she ever lost to someone with more mana, they would take control of her and possibly her army of humans as well.
the reason why this is so risky (if aura loses on the scales, she falls under the control of the winner) is specifically because it lets her take complete total control. magic in frieren's system is partially predicated on risk, kind of like nen in hxh - the more risky and dangerous to the user it is, the more powerful it is. aura miscalculated frieren's mana and lost the scale battle, letting frieren order her to kill herself.
and of course, well. frieren the slayer is called that by demons for good reason. the army of former heroes behind aura speaks for itself, and frieren absolutely _hates_ demons. letting aura live was unquestionably off the table, and this method of killing her with her own pride and magic instead of fighting her in a straight fight was not only cruel in keeping with frieren's hatred, but also let her preserve the bodies of the human army for burial later.

To be fair, demons nearly eradicated the elves as a species and killed all of her village. She would have died too if it werent for Flamme vaporizing the 3 demons that came to finish the job.
Racism implies an unfair stereotype. Demons literally have no empathy and simply use humanoid forms and human speech as a means to get humans to let their guards down and kill them.
