- During the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed, I have filmed one of a crazy loud Porsche: the Porsche 911 RSR 'Pink Pig'. This is the car that Michael Christensen, Kévin Estre and Laurens Vanthoor drome to LM GTE Pro Class vicory - and 15th place overall - at the 2018 Le Mans 24 Hours. Enjoy the video.

They’re both 911s and they both have the pink pig inspired livery from the 917
@@user-tz4lr8xe4dthe 911 rsr was designed in 2016/17 the hoonipigasus was built off of a 964 chassis in 21/22 basically nothing on that car is original
The hoonipigasus livery is based on the 'pink pig' livery originally used in the 70s on the 917/20. Then brought back for this car. Ken Block (RIP) didn't start this lmao

Why does it have a rear exhaust instead of side exhausts like the other 991.2 RSR?
The ones with rear exhausts were from 2017-2019 i believe. The ones with side exhausts were from 2019-2021. Then they reverted back to the rear for the last years of the RSR.
They moved the exhaust to the side to make place for a bigger diffuser. This however did not work at Le Mans as they had too much downforce. Porsche moved the exhaust back to the rear for 2022-2023 as the previous exhaust configuration worked perfectly (they won Le Mans and the constructors championship with it in 2018).
The rear exhaust is older but more balanced and worked better, with a bonus of amazing sound.
@@maur7432 the 2022-2023 one with rear exhaust also had unfortunate/idiotic mufflers and had less rpm

Holy crap the person driving this has more money than skill...rev bouncing and skidding....nearly stopping on each corner then rev bouncing...idc if its wet...a driver capable of driving this machine would be able to pilot this smoothly
If I'm right Kevin estre was behind the wheel and he has won multiple 24 hours of le mans with this car so he has just enough skill
