    Love this video. I could not do all of it straight through because I am a bit out of shape. But I did what I could, and will challenge myself until I can do this all the way through. I am 63 years old. Think in two weeks time I will have this down like a pro. Thank you so much! You are my favorite personal trainer.

    I’ve watched and done a lot of abs workouts. And I mean A LOT. And this one is definitely the best by far. I could really really feel it in my lower abs and the exercises were so much different then I was used to. Absolutely loved this video. Thank you!!

    I’ve been doing this workout for weeks, however still can’t finish without posing.. But my abs are beautifully growing up, that motivates me to keep going.

      Jihan Remmo Hi, Jihan I’ve started this workout since Mid March , so it took me about 3months. To be honest with you, I’ve been working out at the gym but didn’t see any improvement on my ab, but started seeing results by doing Holly’s workout after I was forced to be away from the gym because of shutdown. I’m so happy that I’ve found her 🥰

    Resisted single leg crunches (hold for 3 secs each time)
    U boat (make a 'u' shape with legs by swaying them from side to side)
    Resisted single leg crunches (hold for 3 secs each time)

    Hover plank
    Plank leg crosses
    Hover plank
    Plank leg crosses
    Plank tuck jump

    I’ve seen a lot of people comparing Holly and Chloe Ting so I just wanted to say a little something: Holly and Chloe both do good workouts, different people get different results. I’ve tried Chloe’s workouts before and personally they are way too much for me, I tried doing a program for a month and got no results even though I was doing everything right. Holly’s workouts are also difficult, but I found myself enjoying and being more consistent doing hers, I have lost some stubborn lower belly fat and also got definition after a week. They both do good workouts, but it just depends on each person.

      I love Chloe's workouts but I think they are for beginner so it takes time. If a person wants fast result and has good stamina then I would suggest Holly or Pamela's workout. They are killer.

    This workout has me seeing results right after I do literally it in one day ! I just have to really try and concentrate on putting effort on each exercise! That makes it more painful but that means more results!

    I've always struggled with my lower abs and I was almost on the verge of giving up thinking it's just not going to change, but damn Holly's lower abs workouts have worked like a charm, I definitely recommend. It's getting better everyday which truly motivates me to continue with these workouts. Thank you so much holly. You've really helped me a lot ❤️❤️

    I’m gonna do updates (by the way I am doing ALL workouts in the “Get a flat stomach with these ab workouts” section daily)
    Day 1: 116 pounds/52 kilograms - Feeling tired but excited to finally be happy with my body
    Day 2: 115.8/52 kilograms - Super excited for a nice body and the workouts are getting easier to stand (pausing less)
    Day 3: 115.6 pounds/52 kilograms - WOW! I’m loosing a lot

    I’ve been doing Chloe tings workout for about 2 months and lost a significantly amount of weight but I felt stuck like after losing weight I didn’t see more results. I tried changing my workouts and found yours. I have to say that I saw results in 3 days which is pretty good!

    I have tried so many youtube pilates videos. This is my fav (not even one of) so far. Love how you (Holly) show a different view from high above your body to demonstrate the posture. I have never seen other youtubers done that. This is soooo helpful for me to do the pilates moves in the correct forms. Also not a big commentor either so thumbs-up Holly. Way to go girl!

    I really love and appreciate how simplistic yet effect your workouts and videos are. I’m so used getting overwhelmed with other fitness videos that get hyped up so much and most times I’m not even able to perform most exercises as my form is a struggle or I don’t have the proper equipment.     Either my butt is too big or my arms are too short I can't do the swinging one😂 but good work out I find it difficult to find ones that really make my abs burn!

    The work outs are great!! I could really feel my lower abs. But for me it would be better, if the work outs lasts longer...It felt like I just started getting into it, but suddenly you shoved another one. So I started pausing it and doing it for longer time :)

    Still one of The Best Abs workouts !! Love this one! I’m having a Gastroparesis issue (skins from aubergines) ... So this quick 10 minute ab routine seems to help a little. Might do a favourite quick HIIT as well. xx

    Did this one as well as the Abs & Bum HIIT as i enjoyed them so much last time (yesterday or day prior?). Love doing a bit of workout after breakfast, bit more after lunch, and then late night, wee early morning workouts just prior to bed.

    I really appreciate how you explain how many reps and sets to do because if not for that, I’d have absolutely no concept. A lot of these TH-cam trainers show you a movement for about two seconds or in fast forward and it gets discouraging. Beautiful girl btw.

    One of the few ab workouts that actually makes my abs burn! Will come back to this! 😘😋
    Right now I’m doing a bit of a “glow-up” which includes me trying to get definition on my abs, this was really helpful - new sub ❤️

    @holly Doke: what fresh hell is this! I am doing this along with your 1week intense flat ab workout. I plan to do this for life. Today is my Day 1 of this lower ab segment.
    On to Day 3 along with intense ab workout. I will do both the sets for thirty days and I have no doubt I will see results.
    Day 4: off day. Long training run day
    Day 5: back at it. Still rough on the edges with this set but I know it will only get better with time

    I couldn't do he hover plank but even with out doing that workout I still died after doing this. I really need this, I been doing your flat stomach 7 min workout for a while but am going put that one and this one together. I think am going to have ads at the end of this summer. thank you so much!

    Oh yea I mY belly lol wen’t down a lot
    I started at 29cm
    and ended with 20cm
    so that’s 9 cms I lost!
    (I had so wifi for a week that’s my bad but I would recommend)
