The Fear Street trilogy are legit fun, campy horror movies and while they are not scary at all, they have some nice practical gore, fun lore/backstory things and I really think Dylan would enjoy watching them.

Dylans advice to the first one is great, I just really want to underline how you never should feel like you "give in" regardless if it's your first time or not. It's always something you should enthusiasticly want. Sure you can be nervous and giddy before the first time but you should ultimately really, really want. I will always admire how multifaceted Dylan is. No matter the video type, there is always something in his dialogue that encourages critical thinking; even if you came to the same conclusion. It's refreshing.🖤💜🖤

Prisoners is a movie that is so close to my heart because 1) I somehow put everything together like a third into the movie, which is wild for me, and 2) there’s a subversion of expectations regarding a mentally ill/disabled character, which made me so happy as an autistic person 💕
Dylan having no idea what Barbarian actually is about gives me so much happiness. I love Barbarian so much and the trailer totally mislead me on what the film would be about. Going into it and just living the experience of having no idea what I was in for was so amazing.
Dylan was kinda right, the second half of the movie is definitely not as good as the first. Especially in the last 10 minutes I felt like it definelty went off the rails a little bit 😭

i watched barbarian in the theater having known absolutely nothing about it and it was genuinely one of the best experiences i've had with a horror movie in a long time. highly recommend i've rewatched it twice already
Barbarian was one of the first SCARY horror movies I’d ever watched. I went into the theatre to watch Pearl but got the theatre wrong, so me and my friends watched Barbarian instead. I’d never heard anything about it, but it was a FANTASTIC movie!
I'll admit that I didn't like Barbarian, and that it made me laugh quite a bit, though I think that was mainly because of the *(SPOILER)* hilarity of the man-monster going "BE MY BABY" and trying to get them to drink his breast (?!?!) milk. It was just weirdly bad and like wHat
I think Fear Street 1666 did higher than expected because of the build-up from the first two movies. The whole confusion of who Sara Fier is and trying to connect her to everything was so tense and the third movie slowly put the pieces together while the tension was still building

There was some subversion but the kid did definitely strangle his dog with the leash which was not great. I loved that movie though.
