I appreciate this! I think one of the pitfalls of my company's previous attempts was the "one size fits all" approach (as well as vague goals). Basically, someone from HR ran a book club with a management book.

Any tips on how to make a presentation? Powerpoint slides? And how do you do a lay out of the topics?

What are great question! Thank you 🤗 There are a lot of things to remember when it comes to great PowerPoint design.
For one, less is more - your PowerPoint is not a dumping ground for your talking points. At best, it needs to contain the key things you want to mention. Then, when you are presenting, you display the key message but talk about it verbally (no reading of the screen).
The same applies to images - It'd rather look at 1 image, then 5, each with a caption.
Think of PowerPoint as the visual companion to your presentation - it's not a book but something to beautify and visualise what you are saying.
Finally, when it comes to layouts, we use template libraries. Our favourite one is SlidesGo (slidesgo.com/) - they have beautiful layouts and follow the rules we mention above.
Again, there are a lot of big and small written and unwritten rules to designing beautiful and functional PowerPoints. Perhaps we can do a video on that in the future... 🤔
If you have any other questions - keep them coming!

One of the mistakes is to don't follow the paln of development due to work pressure and as a result missing the motivation

That’s true! And not just for leadership development but for all kinds of programs.
