      @@TheLnDAcademy thanks a lot! i am not a nuby in L&D, even the opposite - I am more than 15 years in the area and have passed the way from the corporate trainer to L&D manager in a multinational IT- company with more than 500 employees )). The question is - what next? Where i have to/should to/can move in my career? do you have the materials that can help me to find the answer? ))

    • @TheLnDAcademy
      @TheLnDAcademy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @kosk3432 one thing people often get wrong is that L&D is one role. The reality is that it is rather an umbrella term for many different roles. We list some of them in this article: www.thelndacademy.com/post/is-learning-and-development-the-right-career-for-you
      Having said that, however, the only person who knows what’s next for you is you. Every career journey is unique - the starting point, the values, the interest and motivators, the life circumstances… all of these can affect your decision about what’s next. You may want to pursue a vertical move and look for CLO positions, or you may decide on a horizontal move - go deeper in a particular niche. This road of self-discovery isn’t an easy one but could be so worth it!
