For the spider ham thing, the pig nose and ears should be attachable to every suit, make it like an accesory, that would really make it worth the 100% complition

Do you realize how difficult that would be? It would either look like shit or it would require a specific remodeling of every suit which is a ridiculous level of work for an optional accessory that most of the player base would never even get

Most suits are just recolors or slight remodels, not THAT hard.

They'd have to find a way to make the suit design work with that new head model, and that would take work to do for each suit and to make sure it actually looks good. For example, quite a few suits in Miles morales had animated effects that were dynamic, how the hell do you just casually shove pig ears and a big ol nose on that? The ghost spider suit with a literal flaming skull head, how you gonna piggify that? It's a very complicated proposal, that's all I'm saying
I would like to see a revamped Spider-Punk suit. The Spider-Punk suit in the first game was a bit boring in terms of what they could have done with the design. A grungier and more homemade look would fit the character better. Also, Spider-Punk should be a alternate suit for Miles because he is canonically black and Miles doesn’t get enough suits as is.
Even better to make it stylized like in Across the Spider-Verse. Hobie in the movie just pure awesome visual.

For miles, id love to have the outfit during the whole leap of faith scene. Red hoodie, shorts, jacket and sneakers. Just a really cool depiction and silhouette in my book.
This here is the one, adapt it to the insomniac art style instead of doing the spider-verse art and I'd fuck with it so hard.
For the record no hate to the spider-verse art style or animation, it just clashes too much with the in-game visuals for my taste and I can't stand using them. They look lit though.

I would personally make a the Spider-Ham costume be more like a mascot suit. ( like one that you would see in a sports game. )
Like slightly bigger head, slightly chubby proportions (you could even make it have a bit of jiggle physics )
Or they can go the funny route and just have it be the classic suit, but with a dollar store pig snout mask and pig ears but Spiderman themed.
I don’t know their limitations when it comes to making alternate suits, but I would love to see a suit based off of Alex Ross’ art style. Maybe it could be the black and red concept suit from the Raimi movies?
Also... maybe Spider-Carnage? They did ghost spider, so I don’t think it’d be too far off from what they can do. It’s only ever been an alternate suit once and I’d love to see it again in a game that’s not so... that. I doubt Insomniac will do Carnage so this game is it’s best chance to appear again any time soon.

i know it’s improbable but i’d really like if they tried to adapt different body types for suits. they did it a bit in the 2018 game with the 2099 suit being more muscular than the other suits. but some suits, like the movie ones, look really off to me when they’re on insomniacs spidey body type
You're right. The TASM2 suit works really well on Andrew's bodytype. Not so sure about how it'd look on Insomniac's Peter
Unfortunately changing his body type too much could cause a bit of an issue.
Firstly, it's gonna be alot more expensive than just re-texturing and adding stuff on top of the default suit.
Secondly, it could potentially mess up certain cutscenes where the animation just doesn't line up well enough which could cause minor clipping or props not interacted with Peter naturally.
It just seems like unnecessary work for the most part. Tho I think they should double down on certain costumes being more masculine than others because that one really workd well.
Miles’ ITSV suit in his game was the most drastically the character’s body type had been changed, though it looks a bit goofy when he takes his mask off while wearing it and has his normal head.
Yeah I hated that the body didn’t change. Felt so awkward honestly

What I think would be a good option is style/color options for suits. Using the Classic suit as an example, what if when you selected it, if gave you a submenu of the possible options of it you could choose. For colors, it could give you Web-Man, a photonegative version, etc. and for styles it could let you choose one of the MANY variants of the classic suit. Like you could choose the Ultimate version of the Classic suit, or the McFarlane version. Just my pitch.

A Superior Spider Man suit would be a nice addition with the unique eyes and black instead of blue would really set it apart especially since the spider legs are being added in this game a gadget that Superior Spider Man used quite a bit.
I think it would actually be pretty interesting to see nicholas hammonds spiderman costume to be in the game
What I would love is if the Symbiote suit had its own set of costumes.
You'd have three separate costume menus, Red Peter, Black Peter, and Miles.
It would be sick.
The UI could be different, too. Like Red Peter could have blue UI, miles could have Red UI, and Black coul have Purple UI.

Given that both of the last two games featured Spider-Verse themed suits, I think it'd be cool to get a Pavitr suit, and maybe replace the 2018 game's Spider-Punk suit with Hobie Brown's movie suit, preferrably with some sort of visual effect that's similar to what they did in the movie
I honestly have no idea how they could recreate that visual effect. Like recreating miles is not so hard you just have to change the framerate basically. Hobie's effects are so damn complex I have no idea how they could possibly pull them off, they would prolly have to work on it for MONTHS. But it would be cool as a dlc or something like that, just to give them more time to actually work on it.
My only problem with Miles’s 10 year anniversary suit is that it looks pink instead of red, but it would look really good if it had red instead

Another Japanese Spider-Man I want that Idk if they'd do is Spider-Man Fake Red. It was a small cancelled manga about a guy that gets Isekaied into Spider-Man. It's getting an English paperback release in like a week or two so it'll have relevance to it.
Hell yeah Toei Spider-Man would be cool maybe also have a two in one with Nicholas Hammond suit as well.

I think another spider ham suit could be a suit mod where spider ham follows Peter or miles and even swings with you. He could also give you different finishers like the Bodega cat suit where he helps you. I just think that would be fun.

Honestly, after seeing across the spider verse, I’d love to see miles’ new suit in the next game. Even though I still kinda prefer his suit from the first movie, I think this new suit is still really cool and I’d like to see that one get in at some point.

My guess is that we get probably 5 or 10 new skins, possibly replacing the more outlandish skins that would clash, such as the negative spiderman suit. After all, didnt they say that each skin would have a symbiote version of it? Which itself means that you have to essentially double every skin you think of.

seeing the supaida man addition with the idea of leopardon doing some icbm type satellite lasering of criminals i think it could be a cool addition for the gadget to swap animation based on if theres something above you like you're indoors or if you're under a bridge. insomniac could add a wrist blaster thing which supaida man will shoot criminals with in place of leopardons laser beam

Something I've kind of wanted for a while for the suits would be to see more suits from Spider-Man's wider media appearances like from TV shows or video games. Like I'd love if stuff like the Nicolas Hammond suit got more time to shine or to get the suits from stuff like Ultimate Alliance or Web of Shadows or even from the older cartoons like the old MTV one. I realize that getting the usage rights for the suits would be painful to say the least but damn I think itd be amazing if it could be pulled off

Honestly Cosmic Spider-man has a fair chance of getting it especially if they give Miles his variation of the suit. One suit i'd love to see is Miles' Puerto Rican pride costume. Just a simple variant you could add to the game.

one of the most underrated spider-man "costumes" id love to see is his Poison appearance from the Venomverse series, essentially a solid white armoured shell with a really nice liquid/symbiote version of the spider logo that has tendrils that come off his body

writing this before I watch the rest. The one thing I really want, idk if it'll be DLC or base game is multiple suit options from both Spiderverse movies. We obviously need Sweatpants Peter, we need hoodie and Nike Miles, as well as any other ones introduced in ATSV (though I can see those probably being DLC like the movie suits for PS4 Spiderman were)
edit: already editing after the first pick, but yeah dude I LOVE the Chase Conley design for Miles. Any designs that incorporate streetwear are right up my alley.

That one miles costume is at the end of a miles comic as like a mini story, it's miles when he's like 26 being spiderman and stopping some kids from committing a crime, miles also mentions that something happened to Peter to where Miles is the only Spider-Man

The suits I wish the most to be in this game are the Miles Morales Into the Spider-Verse hoodie suit and the Alex Ross suit for the 2002 movie. I love these two.

I just want a Peter B. Parker suit with Mayday in the little baby carrier from ATSV. Insomniac can do it. I imagine it could work similar to the Bodega Cat Suit from Miles Morales where Miles has a cat named Spider-Man in his backpack that will jump out every now and then to “help” with attacks. My biggest wish for a suit by far.

It reminds me of that Turkish Spider-Man movie called 3 Dev Adam released in 1973 where Spider-Man is a straight up murderer so the suit reminds me of that plus the Ben Cooper costume company that was released in the 1950s so they are the “creators” of Spider-Man. Now have fun researching all that Kai have fun 😂
The superior Spider-Man and Ben Riley suit are the ones I want most and the TASM 2, and the one from the end of no way home. If at least one of them is in the game I’ll be so happy lol

Sony should make it so that certain skins with capes or other variants (ex. miles symbiote red/white) have a toggle feature for capes or a variant feature for skins where it counts as the same skin but just has togglable features or something like that.

Getting the wrestler suit from the Sam Raimi movies would be really nice and also I believe that the second movie has a slightly altered suit than the first movie. I would personally like to see the homemade suit again from Spider-Man homecoming it's my favorite of any of the homemade suits but if we get to Sam Raimi suit homemade suit I would lose my mind
