Yes I totally agree with you. But....there's alot of food science involved in this and one is that hydrolyzed protein powder dissipates the macro nutrient profile when heated. Hence it would have to be cold when created. Love your brain thinking like this tho

I know it's hard, but once you get back into the right habits, it's like riding a bike. Also: don't be afraid to treat yourself. This is a marathon that you want to sustain for a lifetime, not a year-long sprint. My goal is to get from 230ish down to 185 in the next year or two while getting back my powerlifting strength (lookin at you, 1k club). You're one of the inspirations, let's keep it truckin!
I just had 4 egg whites, spinach and chicken breast in a wrap with the Nando's peri peri sauce. That sauce is a life saver, makes bland food tolerable.

On the deadlifts you were rounding your back. It’s good you slowed down and put tension on the eccentric but do that also on all the other exercises. You’re dive bombing and rushing to the next pump. Slow it down and you will get a greater tension and contraction.
