When you haven't eaten, hunger seems like a lot, but once you start eating you'll realize how much food you actually don't need to eat. Try to add some cardio, run outside, take big strides, and I hope you get to where you want. What's your goal btw? Do you have a weight # you want to get to? Like for example 220 lbs, or 100kg.
It’s all about calories in calories out. If you are eating less calories than what you burn through out the day, and you do this consistently for a long duration of time, you will lose weight. If you do cardio, you will burn more calories. Don’t be too strict; if you can be in a deficit of between 200 - 300 calories per day, you will lose weight. The slower you lose the weight the easier it will be to maintain that lifestyle. If you go too hard, you will eventually stop again, because 99% of people are not that disciplined.

I'm 100% on the carnivore diet and lose weight super fast. Already lost 36 pounds since I started december first. You are not serious about losing weight, you have to remove 100% of carbs and sugars if you want to lose weight. You must be in ketosis your body must use your own fat as a source of energy not carbs and sugars. Period.
