    looks like to make a jump-through effort is to have a toned body first and strength on the wrist and arms, especially core strength.

      It is not a Must, but can help the process

      And don’t forget the core… all the body is involved. These exercise might help though

    For the joint of the body in general, yoga & ayurveda suggest to eat ghee or clarified butter in order to lubricate the joints.

    Hope these drills help … will surely try them …. I also feel you should be strong enough to carry your body weight on your palms ….. only then jump throughs will happen
