    Thanks! I've never been able to bend my knee from the long leg in pidgeon and put my toes into my elbow until I followed your sequence/flow. at 13:30 minutes.

    You should try freestyle yoga like I do. No routines, asanas, or names to remember. Just you and your body. Check it out.
