99% of this is feelgood BS that won't make a single dent in preventing this planet to go to waste. NO, not "every little thing helps". On the contrairy: this kind of feelgood sh!t is a huge distraction from the causes. For instance, coca cola and alike love these ocean cleanup initiatives, because it distracts the attention away from the cause, and towards the end user as the one who has to solve pay for the problem they created. The world is just a market, and looking green is just a new marketing trick.
Most of these things are not intended for a major scale, but for poor areas in the world where the leaders have been paid to take in trash from industriel countries for ages and now the citizens are stuck with it. Alot of innovations are making it, but the impact is small since most is dealing with the problem after the fact. But yes ofcourse it is feel good stuff. Mostly it just means better living conditions on a local level in poor neighbourhoods but the enviromental impact for the planet is not noticable. But that does not mean it is not worth it.

I'd like to know how heating human excrement to 400 degrees was done in a way to make that sustainable. Also why do the shampoo pods come in plastic trays?
I think the human extrement used as a fire source are not made because they are sustanible, but because they just need more things that they can burn to have fire (video kinda looked like it was made in Africa and some places there don't have many materials to burn). I guess it is sustainable in some way, because it probably still is less demaging to enviorement than shipping coal or wood there. But I can't say for sure, I would have to read about it. As for shampoo pods it might be possible that other materials didn't give enough protection so they decided to use plastic. It's still probably less plastic than buying shampoo in plastic bottless.
@@a4rosli Yes. Haiti is a perfect example why. The deforestation there is insane, all for charcoal. Disposing human waste is also a big issue in many of the same places that could use more fuels such as that charcoal.

Arguably more useful than flying car so I see no problem
what are we going to do with flying cars anyway? Traffic rules will exist mid-air too, since everyone is going to want a flying car.
The charcoal has a problem because to remove the odor you must heat it and by heating it you are releasing methane into the atmosphere which turns out to be harmful too to the global harming

I'd like to know how heating human excrement to 400 degrees was done in a way to make that sustainable. Also why do the shampoo pods come in plastic trays?
Infinite energy: heat the excrement using the excrement lol
