What did you think about the suspension ride quality ? I road tested a 23, and felt the suspension was a bit harsh.

@spartus56996 Says ride quality is good at 18:24. What size wheels did your tester have? The shorter sidewalls on the 20 inch tires will give a firmer ride than the taller sidewalls on the 18 inch tires.
