Wow just ordered! Infact quite a bit cheaper here in the UK. About to do full brake job, air filter, coolant, differential and gearbox fluids on my 08 GT. Only 35k miles , pretty sheltered life. Yes the 55 degree temperature parameter perplexed me. Not helped by only having the US workshop manual but i presume its the same. Oh dont they love to keep these workshop manuals under lock and key? Clearly maserati makes huge revenues through these dealerships and probably even the independents. God I love circumnavigating these stealerships!! All best! 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

Funny enough this was a 30th gift too myself, I saw your vid recently about your Aston purchase. I weighed up a Vantage or DB9 but I already have an XK and being one of Ian Callums works they look far too similar. Besides I'm British, Italian is way more exotic and fun to me. And I have a clothing business selling Italian menswear so it all ties in nicely. Italian design is always more interesting to me. Just needs front springs and rear drop links. If you need rotors go on Eurospares, generic Italian ones going for £150 a piece! Yes. You can write the program the sensors while they are installed in the tires. Both tools will you allow you to do that. But with the TS-508 you will have to change a setting that will enable sensor programing while installed on a tire. Check out my Lexus GS350 TPMS video on how to enable this on the TS-508. Hope this helps.
I'm really confused by this comment. The first year of updates are free and after that they are only $100. The only reason you would spend that is to get your tool compliant with new model years so unless you are a mechanic, then you won't be doing this. Simply put, it makes absolutely no sense for Autel to charge $1200 for software updates every year. If they did, then people would just buy a new tool for $400 and get one year of free software updates.

Yes. You can write the program the sensors while they are installed in the tires. Both tools will you allow you to do that. But with the TS-508 you will have to change a setting that will enable sensor programing while installed on a tire. Check out my Lexus GS350 TPMS video on how to enable this on the TS-508. Nice one, thank you. Could one also get rid of a message complaining about a defect PDS? My 07 Quattroporte Automatic is "suffering" from it.
If your PDS has failed, then this tool can erase the trouble code but it will just come back until you replace the failing part.
