Yes!! 😁 1. Abbey Road 2. The White Album 3. A Hard Day’s Night 4. Revolver 5. Let it Be 6. Please Please Me 7. Magical Mystery Tour 8. Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band 9. With the Beatles 10. Rubber Soul 11. Beatles for Sale 12. Help! 13. Yellow Submarine
My three favourites equally are Please Please Me, Rubber Soul and the White Album. I also really like Revolver and Let It Be. I don’t mind With the Beatles, A Hard Day’s Night, Beatles For Sale and Help. The rest I’m not really a fan of - I never play them…..although I did listen to the Magical Mystery Tour the other day but I skipped through most songs after listening to them for about 20 seconds, although Hello Goodbye didn’t get past “You say..” - skip!!! 👍🏽 The main problem I have with Magical Mystery Tour is that I always think of it as a compilation and soundtrack so it will always be at the bottom of my list…. same with Yellow Submarine. 👨🏻💻- “What about Let It Be, A Hard Day’s Night and Help?” Umm….😅 Is that the time? Well, I have to go now 👋
A good ranking . Here's mine ( without favourite songs ) , starting with. my favourite : Rubber Soul ( US Version ) Abbey Road A Hard Day's Night White Album Sgt . Pepper's Revolver Let It Be Please Please Me Help Magical Mystery Tour With the Beatles Beatles For Sale Yellow Submarine Cheers !!
13. Yellow Submarine 12. With The Beatles 11. Beatles For Sale 10. Let It Be 9. Please Please Me 8. Help! 7. Magical Mystery Tour 6. Abbey Road 5. A Hard Day's Night 4. Rubber Soul 3. Sgt. Pepper's Loneley Hearts Club Band 2. Revolver 1. The Beatles
I would make an argument to include Yellow Submarine Songtrack but to place it much higher up in the list. I know it isn't part of the original U.K. canon but neither was Magical Mystery Tour until the U.S. version was adopted in 1987. Also, it's more faithful to the actual soundtrack of the Yellow Submarine, as the additional songs (minus A Day In The Life) did actually appear in the movie.
Magical Mystery Tour is considered an official album for years now and I am always just ranking the original UK albums whenever I do a ranking. If you or others want to rank other albums that's great.
I really have to sit down one day & rank them. I know that AR is my favorite. Other than that, however, I would find it really difficult to decide between their early stuff & their later stuff because I love it all.🤔
I can't rank all of them because I'm too lazy to mentally labor over the ones that aren't great, so I'll just give my top 5 from best to worst: Revolver Sgt Pepper Abbey Road Rubber Soul White Album If The White Album was cut in half, released as a single album to include Lady Madonna on it as one of 14 tracks, as well as replacing the acoustic version of 'Revolution' with the rocking version, it would beat Rubber Soul, but it takes last place for having potential and ruining it by filler being half of the release.
Hi Larry, Here's my ranking, It usually stays pretty close. Too tough to pick my favorite and least favorite songs. 1. Abbey Road 2. The White Album 3. Rubber Soul 4. Revolver 5. Sgt Pepper 6. Magical Mystery Tour 7.Help 8. Hard Days Night 9. With The Beatles 10. Let it Be 11. Please Please Me 12. Beatles For Sale 13. Yellow Submarine
Usually I enjoy your rankings, but having Till There Was You, Words Of Love, Your Mother Should Know, or Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite as their least favorite songs on an album full of many worse song is committing a war crime 😂
I know but those are all some of my favorites. I’m joking of course, I respect your opinion, I just think there are songs that should be ranked lower, like Honey Don’t, Good Morning Good Morning, and Baby You’re A Rich Man
I agree with you on some of your picks Larry but disagree with you on a few others,I think Within You Without You is definitely the worst song on Pepper and I do like Your Mother Should Go even though I do find it slightly offensive. Bob
I agree that the US/Canadian "Yellow Submarine" is not that good but in the UK it was originally released as an EP (Extended Play) and the already existing orchestral selections were added by Capitol Records to make an LP. Everything was predictable once you picked "Rubber Soul" as number 6. Thank goodness you didn't include ""The Beatles Story" from Capitol for the US market.
Was there throughout the '60s. Over the years I've mulled over the best Beatles album but have definitely now settled on Revolver as the most complete album. In fact it's my favourite album by any artist in the history of contemporary music. Abbey Road.... now to me is a touch over rated...Maxwell's Silver Hammer? Octopuses Garden? Oh Darling? Sun King? The White album has some obviously great tracks but also some obviously stinker ones as well. So Revolver....easily.
Note, of a rabid toxic Beatle fan; I like to lay down and listen to the whole PPMe alb. It's pure Rocknroll the way young men envisioned it, regardless of the year, is a pillar statement screams from the disillusionment of a apathetic society yet defys all cynicism enthralls with not virtuoso/ peppered ideas bordering on pompous fluff but pure enthusiastic energy- I am alive I am me and don't give a goddamn about charts or the rest of your silly, artsy non relevance.
i used to rreally not like the Beatles i had a teacher that hated my guts, who loved them and so ig i just started to hate them lol (i know silly) But then i got a copy of Magical Mystery Tour, now their my fab favs

Is this an older video or a new kind of presentation? Not bad!
New video, as I mentioned in the pinned comment.
We have the same bottom 4 & the same favourite Beatles album.

(just a short comment); Long Long Long is one of my favorites too. :)
How would the list looked if you included Live at the BBC and the Anthology series? How about the US albums?
No interest in ranking those.
@LarryGravesCanadianStudmuffin you don't like them?
I never said that.@@ronfowlermusic
my favourite is a 3-way tie between revolver, magical mystery tour and the white album. It really depends on which one I listened to most recently ha
I can't rank all of them because I'm too lazy to mentally labor over the ones that aren't great, so I'll just give my top 5 from best to worst:
Revolver
Sgt Pepper
Abbey Road
Rubber Soul
White Album

What is the background music?
Just free music provided by TH-cam.
Hi Larry, Here's my ranking, It usually stays pretty close. Too tough to pick my favorite and least favorite songs.
1. Abbey Road
2. The White Album
3. Rubber Soul
4. Revolver

8. Hard Days Night
9. With The Beatles
10. Let it Be
11. Please Please Me
12. Beatles For Sale
13. Yellow Submarine
I'd move Hard Day's Night up a bit.
I'd move Magical Mystery Tour down a bit.
New format huh? There wasn't anyone to tell me to leave a comment burlow, so I won't.😂
Usually I enjoy your rankings, but having Till There Was You, Words Of Love, Your Mother Should Know, or Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite as their least favorite songs on an album full of many worse song is committing a war crime 😂
I still like every song...
I know but those are all some of my favorites. I’m joking of course, I respect your opinion, I just think there are songs that should be ranked lower, like Honey Don’t, Good Morning Good Morning, and Baby You’re A Rich Man
@@amazenfilms We all have different choices for the Beatles "worst" songs, even though I like every single one of them. Thanks.
Please! No background Muzak! Where’s your famous golden voice, Larry?
I have chronic pain and was having a bad day, but wanted to post a video.
I agree with you on some of your picks Larry but disagree with you on a few others,I think Within You Without You is definitely the worst song on Pepper and I do like Your Mother Should Go even though I do find it slightly offensive. Bob

Although obviously you’re wrong because A Hard Day’s Night is the best. With Help! and Rubber Soul a joint close second.
Just my opinions….
