Thank-you soooooooooooooooo much. Masks and adjustment layers were always beyond me. Now it makes total sense. The black and white thing was huge for me. I see people do it in tutorials, but they always did it so fast I didn't know what they were doing. Now I totally get it.

Could you please explain which- Tiff, PSD or Profoto, 8 vs 16bit, and Adobe RGB, vs sRGB is preferred for various images?
