- The Complete Guide to Creating Shadows and Matching the Lighting in Compositing with Photoshop! Learn how to manually paint and create shadows and discover several techniques to add realism to it. Great tutorial. What I do is paste the smart image to Blender and cast a shadow and copy it to PS as reference.

P.S. I would personally remove that shadow that you put on with a big soft brush on the "Add little darkness from the shadows" from the lightened areas on her feet cause there's no way they could have been darkened by a shadow reflex. Other than that - perfect!
