Thanks so much, you are the person that really got me into board games( including unmatched) and I just wanted to say thanks for that I’m really enjoying it. The only unmatched set I have so far is redemption row but I’m exited to use the gift cards I got from Christmas to prob get either Robin Hood vs Bigfoot, or the new set out which I don’t know the name of but I’d like you to do a review on that one. I thinks it’s black panther, winter soldier and, black widow.

just bought my 1st set today: Houdini vs. the Genie. i held my breath waiting to see where it would end up 😁
Your ranking for 13, 12, 11, 10 is perfect. I'd swap Hell's Kitchen with Redemption Row but overall, I mostly agree with you.
One thing you didn't talk about with the set rankings was the maps. The sets that come with multiple maps get a slight bump for me because of the versatility they offer. That being said I mostly agree with your list, but do like the Houdini vs Genie set a good bit more and the Marvel sets a little less
Just got my first set for Christmas and I'm enjoying it. Really bummed that Bruce Lee and Deadpool seem like they are done for. I can't justify 300 dollars on a single character. That said, I love the content I have gotten my hands on.

I only have three sets so far but ngl winter soldier is solid and currently my favorite character I own. I have volume 1 and the Houdini vs genie sets but haven’t gotten to play them yet. And I think for that Buffy set, it should’ve just been made as a “Vampire’s vs vampire hunters” set with Buffy and Vanhellsing vs Nosferatu and Vlad the impaler
I agree with alot of these. The T Rex set seems to get quite a bit of hate from people, but I still enjoy it. Great list overall man!
I dont think there is a "bad" set in Unmatched. I would still happily play my least favorite set in here because I like the system soo much.

I agree with The Buffy the Vampire slayer set being number 13, because it's the only Unmatched set I don't care to get, because I don't care for the theme.

Hey! Which sets do you think work best for cooperative play? Curious!
Hmmm great question. Not sure one of the boxes really jumps out to me as being best for cooperative mode. A couple fighters themselves though come to mind are InGen for the trapping ability, Luke Cage for tanking, and one of the new fighters from the upcoming Suns Origin box is tailor made for cooperative mode, but I'm not allowed to say anything about that fighter yet.

Is it possible to play the three and four player games only with 2 people? I mean i think it is but is it good?
I've played 4 player with 2 and it works fine. But playing with 4 is my favorite.

If you're ranking the box sets, it should be fair to say few words about the boards as well. They're part of the box and some of them are definitely better than others. Thank you for sharing your preferences though.
I do have preferences for some maps over others, but to be honest, it is so minimal (compared to characters) that it wouldn't affect the rankings.
The board is pretty important. Its how unmatched introduces new universal mechanics. Especially when items were introduced
Wow you skipper over my boy Invisible Man, coolest character (havent played all characters, as I chose not to buy IP sens as they dont fit my view of this game, only public domain and real life). Omg he do be so awesome

It would probably be around 10th and king and country would be in the top 5 for me.

Zee Garcia says Cobble & Fog is best. Glad I happened to buy only the top 2. Zee says Buffy is the worst too.

Cobble n Fog and BOL2 have quite some unbalanced fighters. Newer sets are more balanced.
