The one that hurt my heart is Euphoria. I love it, no one ever wants to play it. It does have solo automa though so I can enjoy it solo. The board is a bit confusing, but after multiple plays it passes.

While I say my top two favorite games are a Leder Games and a Ravensburger production, I do also say that Stonemaier Games is my favorite board game company, who's games are consistently good or often much better than that. The only think that slightly irks me is their announcement of FinSpan, which is more of a... "haha... really? that's real?" irk lol. I like Jamey's channel too, it's one I love following.

Red Rising is one of my favorite book series so naturally I had to get the game. I enjoyed the game so much that ive been searching for other games that I might also enjoy. Any recommendations?? "If you like red rising, then you might also like...."

Do you have some advice for me? I heard Medusa is really strong so thats plus for Vol. 1. If You can help me I would be very grateful. :)

My wife actually played LotR Duel with me and we’ve enjoyed it. So far both Splendor Duel and LothR Duel have been very fun to play. For my wife to play board games (which she doesn’t play much), it says a lot. I’ve even ordered Isle of Cats Duel and Everdell Duo to see if I can get my wife into the hobby even more.

Unmatched, War of the ring, Dwellings in eldervale, Western ldgends, and Ancient knowledge are my top 5 currently.

I can better get a feel of how much can I take a channel's recommendations based on how high the games that I enjoy myself like Marvel United appear. Seeing it in a good spot is a good thing for my guesswork. Thank you for the video.

i would swap houdini vs. genie with cobble and fog. because of disbalance with characters from this box. sherlock so strong, but jekyl... i've sold this box today and bought vol.2, hope i'm gonna like it.

Thanks for the video. If I get the super deluxe edition, and then I buy the expansion expansion cards going to be different? As I assume the deluxe version has higher quality cards and then maybe you would be able to tell the two apart.

Also, 5 reasons it's the worst game of all time. It's stupid. The artwork is ass. The mechanics are terrible. The box looks bad. And it's too complex.

Is it good

1. Combat is great. However, there should be other possible goals such as finding an artifact or magical item and escaping with it or escaping from a prison or dungeon. This obviously could also involve fighting. 2. Power up items could be scattered across the board similar to how they appear in video games. Perhaps Ernest from a Jim Verney movie gets powers from an electrical socket. Maybe Popeye gets stronger from finding spinach. (Just off the top of my head.) 3. Characters I'd like to see are Carrie White from the Stephen King movie, Anthony Freemont from the Twilight Zone, Don Quixote, Lara Croft and Indiana Jones. Maybe even Jesse James (either historical or from the Twilight Zone).

Of the ones you mention, Avatar: TLA would be great, and I would love to have. Also, I would like to add a second samurai set, after Sun's Origin, allowing to recreate the duel between legendary swordmen Sasaki Kojiro and Miyamoto Musashi. Maybe, instead, a new mix-and-match set with several duelists from all over the world and history. A samurai duelist, a wild west gunslinger, a rapier fencer... with their abilities representing the strengths of each

this was an awesome list! I would have just added Black Sonata there somewhere, warp's edge is another real good one ;) ...ooh! also Marquis! and in more recent releases, I strongly recommend Conservas 😊

I enjoyed that play through. The only thing out of place is that you're supposed to have your cards in hand face down. You get a preview by drawing from the face-up draw pile. But the rules are explicit that the three cards in hand are face down (which increases the difficulty slightly).
