He said he had reset it but that he couldn't get the wifi to work. I said no prob, I can handle it. What he didn't tell me is he went ahead and set up the laptop and password protected it. Now, my son can't be bothered to remember passwords, so getting that from him is not an option. So, I had to reset it yet again just to be able to use it. You got me there and I very much so appreciate it!! :)

How do u turn it off after u factory reset. I tried holding Ctrl alt delete. I also tried holding all 3 buttons down at the same time shift FN F10. None of that worked. I’m giving this laptop to someone and I already factory reset it. So it’s asking me setup questions as if I’m a new owner but won’t turn off.
