Most likely the hard drive is bad. They go out like crazy on these. You'll have to buy another hard drive and install the operating system manually with a external DVD drive or USB drive with the OS on it.
After I tell it to remove all my files instead of recycling, it says "Additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed. Free up some space and try again." Please help me
