Using rig stash pose, animations that have multiple rest poses can be made into having a single rest pose, which will greatly help with retargeting as you don't have to do rig match pose multiple times.

Thanks man! I have been playing with KineFX trying to set up some setup for creating or adjusting skeletons to match UE4 skeleton. Cool stuff!

Why does rig stash pose seem to work auto-magically in the video but it absolutely will not do anything in my network? 😥

@sams_3d_stuff thank you! I've actually had some better luck with it since then, after updating to newer and newer daily builds. On SideFx forums I found out from some of the devs and long-time veterans that I wasn't going crazy. There was an actual known bug in that build, and also the capture layer paint tool also had fatal/ruinous bugs that would break your work (e.g., it would chop random bites out your character mesh and then you couldn't undo/revert it unless you quit and reloaded everything (or it'd crash lol). They fixed the buggiest things up but I still come across a few funny behaviors in H20.
