Love these short yet challenging workouts too. Please do more. I've done your contrology 34 Joseph pilates exercise class and love that too.

@ Thank you, and I will. My only other weekly class is an hour-long hatha yoga class by a woman online who bills it as a preparation for Kriya meditation. The asanas focus mostly on the spine but you’re right, it’s time to mix things up! 🙏
On a different note, and not being personal yet am, your body is so different from the contrology workout body. I always thought your body was beautiful. Now you seem very thin. Is this because of regular continued pilates or? A natural question given the realm we are working in.
That’s an interesting question. I’m curious what the contrology workout body looks like? Actually I didn’t really notice that I’ve become thinner; I think my weight fluctuates a little depending on how much I’m working out, how much time I have to eat properly, how much stress I’m under, the time of year and lots of other factors. How about you? Also are you yourself a Pilates teacher? 🙏♥️
No, I'm not a pilates teacher. I used to teach yoga but I don't any more. In fact, I don't even practice yoga. I used to practice and teach Iyengar yoga. Well not sure how to describe it but it's definitely more toned and more lean, it's quite quite different from your contrology video. I actually gasped a little in shock when I saw the new video for the first time. If it is just a result of repeated continuous workouts and pilates that's great. I think it's changed your shape tremendously. as I said, I always thought you had a really beautiful body and shape. It's just seems a lot and a lot different now. Weight has always been a struggle for me even though I'm not overweight but I don't have your lovely long lean body type - in my next life:). I do believe in the power of some types of exercise to change body shapes. None of this is meant to be a personal criticism although it is personal. It's more an enquiry into the impact of your workouts. I love your videos and instruction btw.
