W204 Sam Module fix

If you are having issues like me after a big snow and rain storm check out this video, your srs light on, fan on, power windows not working this may be your issue. The sam module sits in a small well where water can pool and get into the electronics causing havoc on your cars systems. Maybe just maybe this might just help your problem and save you alot of money

You are a savior. Truthfully as a college student this video and the fuel pump video gave me so much relief.
I was driving home from work and going through in an intersection I went to press on the gas the car did nothing/no pull. It slowly coasted to a stop. I turned the car off and it did and I mean the same exact sputter sound as the fuel pump video. I mean spot on sequence. All forums say SAM, fuel pump, battery or alternator. Battery and SAM are good(SAM thanks to this vid). Battery won’t take a jump, and the alternator seems to be working when I look at pulleys. I had no Error lights indicating battery/alternator problems. I wanna say Fuel Pump

Clean up that beast you drain any liquid and make sure there’s nothing in the drain

@@sammanna94 this one is a mystery to me but please keep me in the look on what you find. If it were my car i would be working to find what it could be but it’s tough to diagnose a car that’s not in front of me 🙁

you just made me 6 grand. bought one of these with this issue been sitting for 8 months.. couldn’t figure it out i checked the rear sam under the carpet sam and the fuse voltages. nothing seemed off. now that i found someone who had that weird blasting fan sound along with the lights issue but runs perfectly fine and drives right…

I have seen this happen plenty of time what I have done worked for me and a few others but if your was in a crazy pool of water it may be more costly to fix
