    Dear Mike, Confirmation here (as if if was needed!) of how excellent you exercise programs are: after an unavoidable break, I’ve at last started again. Forty minutes with you and I’m feeling human once more! I like the way you run your sessions: time checks, constant encouragement and, most of all, I feel in safe hands (I am not a gym person, having been put off by nasty school PE lessons; your videos are something of a revelation for me).

    Really appreciate your site. I am 76 and have arthritis in my right knee so today, I found your warm up exercises for oldies which I did. After doing aqua aerobics in Townsville for the past few weeks, I can see the benefits of keeping fit, and exercising all the old joints, and improving the stretch in my back. I had a MVA ACCIDENT in 1993 and have whiplash so I love the neck ones because it enables me to look about when I am reversing. So thank you. I'll have a go at these exercises when I have my Nana nap. In the warmth of your bedroom, I can watch my laptop and do the exercises each day or whenever. So for me, I'm still on the track!.

    Hi Mike! So happy to discover your channel! My dad is 82 years old and we have committed to doing your exercises five times a week over zoom together. I was so grateful to find something specifically for seniors that doesn't look clinical or boring. The stretches are exactly the pace he needs and easy to understand. We picked up some three pound weights to do with the arm stretches today. Because I am doing the exercises with him I am able to suggest modifications for him when he can do a bit more. Do you ever do that (I have only seen the one video so far.)? Thank you so much! I'm have deep gratitude for you and your work!

    I've been totally sedentary since March 20, 2020. I'm a 72 year old obese female living in a one-bedroom apartment, so I'm either sitting at my computer, sitting on my sofa or laying in my bed. I have COPD and use oxygen. Today I was in the shower and my legs felt as if they were disintegrating and wouldn't continue holding me up. I realized that if I don't start moving, I'll end up having to use a walker. I'm so not ready for that. I did a TH-cam search and found you. You're exactly who and what I was looking for. I did this video and made it to the 22 minute point, and watched the rest. I'm going to do this every other day until I can get to the end. I'll also check out your other videos. I'm your newest (I think) subscriber.

    I like this 40 minute video. I would like to see more of these - I have a couple of Mike's I have done everyother for several years. I use this on the opposite days. If there were a couple of these mixing up the various exercises it make it interesting. Thanks so much Mike!

    Hi Mike. I find.the 40 minute, or so, exercises are a perfect length, although the hour=long workouts are great. It is a great convenience if you include the warm-up (saves scrabbling around on TH-cam!). Thanks. Nick

    LOVED IT!!!! Groaned on the lunges....knees......But loved the stretches and I REALLY liked the cool down/relax much more than previous similar exercise. THANKYOU so much

    Thank you Mike! You do a great job! Very positive! I have been exercising for 40+ years and had been an exercise (aerobic) instructor for about 10 years. I do try to stay active, but at 74 I am having difficulty. Due to arthritis (hands, feet, knees, shoulders) my movements have become more limited. I feel very fortunate to have found your workouts. Happy new year!

    Wow!!! and Phew! I'm glad that's over. Ha-ha-ha-ha. So, that was one of the first times I've done a full workout and I feel it. My legs have weakened since last year and for sure I know it's because of Covid isolation. But, things are opening up again and I'm rearing to go. Right now I'm going to go have a glass of water... a big glass of water. Thanks so much for a tougher than usual work-out. I have to admit, I was a little leery but I'm so glad I stuck with it.     Thanks for this longer exercise session, Mike. All slow and controlled movements, but they work all the joints and muscles. The right height of chair back is important, or maybe a kitchen worktop would work as well for some taller people. I'll be trying the cardio workout next time.

    I've been much more consistent with exercise since I found this channel. Your instructions and demonstrations are very clear (thanks for reminding me to breathe!) so I'm confident in doing them. I really like the all-in-one longer workouts, although I still do some of the shorter workouts that focus on things I need like balance and core.

I am doing lots of your chair exercises for seniors, I thought would be appreciate for my age (84) and waiting for hip surgery since 1 year. But I am happy you do this whole body exercise with warm up and cool down, great 👍 I don’t have to think what to do next, I just follow you along and enjoy.     Thank you. It was more of work out for me than I first thought. Having someone talk me though the exercises lessens the boredom and keeps me from doing exercises my physiotherapist told me to not do for a while. Thank you again.

    Thank you for this routine of exercises. Cannot fault the thoroughness of this routine, especially the relaxed pace, and attention to detail. My only slight difficulty with this is that it's sometimes a bit difficult to hear what Mike says.

    I’ve just done this exercise and enjoyed it very much. It was not taxing for me, just a nice gentle longer exercise which I was needing today. I usually opt for shorter exercises so to do 40 minutes was great.

    Nice to have a full routine in one program.. I enjoy the individual for areas to work on but the combined series give a full body workout without having to change videos . Good Work Mike..

    Thanks Mike! I followed your sitting exercises for 2 weeks, and this one for 3days. My body felt so week after nine months of sitting around the house. I live in the LA area, where COVID is spreading so fast. I am forced to stay indoors. I so appreciate your instructions. I am looking forward your video with weights and bands. Have a great week!

    ❤. You posted this two years ago and i just found it. I've been doing routines from your physio colleagues in Sydney, Be Mobile, and thought I'd like a longer session. This was good. Well paced. i added weights to the squats and extended the time for the planks. Pushups were fun and intend to do more of those - can feel it in the abs! Balance? Hah! I need to do more work on those! Thanks mate.

    I'm finding the longer full routines really beneficial & this is my favourite so far. I love having the warm up & the stretches & relaxation at the end included in the one routine. I really enjoyed the new exercises as well. Thank you again Mike - you're the best!

    I love your videos. I do this one often. I’m in the NHS diabetes prevention programme to lose weight; the tutor says see 30mins exercise per day as free medication. This has helped me a lot to get motivated. I would like to see more 30 minute videos of various kinds if you make them. Thanks for being brilliant!

    Hello Mike, I'm getting better with your video exercises. Just finished the 40 minutes.
    I feel much more relaxed with my legs
    Though I need to continue gradually and keeping going for a better result.

    I love this video. I am not quite a senior but I have led a sedentary life for several years so this is a great way to get back into the swing of things. So many "beginner" videos are too difficult but since you do modified excercises I can do the whole video. Thank you!
