That’s so cool! What size are you going for? Would definitely recommend height over anything. Being able to stand up is a dream! A company called Vannado in Warsaw converted our van. Wow, this is a great van conversion! My partner and I have been going back and forth on converting a van. Can't wait to see more episodes as you all travel through Europe. May I ask; what caused you to get a gas hub over an induction stove top?

Hey both! Sorry for the slow reply - we kind of took some time off and now we are back. So pleased to hear that you like the van and you should DEFINITELY go for it. It's honestly such an amazing way to experience some awesome adventures.
As for the stove, we wanted our van to have heating, so the best way to do this efficiently is gas. It meant that we would have a gas bottle anyway, so we went for a gas stove too. It also makes sense in terms of power dependancy. It means that we won't NEED our batteries to cook or heat the van which is obviously good in case you are running low on electricity or need it for other things such as charging cameras, laptops etc. It's also a much better option for colder climates, as the batteries don't last anywhere near as long when it's below 0 degrees Celsius.
