    Was really good , different ,I like the box cardio and reformer combo ... oh and I discovered I can not stand up on one leg 🤪. Ta 🌸

    I like it very much but it wasnt cardio for me not sure what did I miss 😅

      I'm so glad you liked the workout! Maybe if you give it another go, try increasing the pace on the floor exercises using the box. Hopefully going faster should get your heart pumping - cheers!
