Very nice and you don’t have to be Rich to live at Rich Condo . Very good value for money with some decent places to eat and drink and so easy to travel to other places . Great work in showing us this and fair play to you for just walking around , nothing planned just doing your thing. ✌️
You weren’t kidding, mate. That was a cracking condo for the money. And those little restaurants, just my idea of how living in Thailand should look. Again, added to the list for my research in November-January.
My son went to Stamford International University and stayed in that area, Lumpini Building. I have been there many times. The college kids hang out behind the Hua Mak station they have a food area there and bar.
Oh sweet! I’ll 100% check the place out at night I think.. then make a part 3 with lumphini place 👍🏻
awesome place for sure, modern practical and indeed more then enough for a single,....keep them coming!!
Thanks, will do! Would be ideal for me but I want to be a little more central
as i am also moving hopefully this year to Thailand (finally after this COVID crap) it is indeed very useful having content like yours over here. Been coming to BKK for close to ten years but never with the intent to actually move there (up until now that is). Finding the perfect area is key i think,...not smack in the middle of the tourist spots - but still somewhere nice (location, transport, price,...etc). So as i said,....keep them coming,...i'll buy the beers for helping out afterwards!!!😃😃
Amazing spot. Always enjoy the places that are a little off the beaten path. They’re usually the most interesting. Thanks for the great video.
Got your ducks in a row! Hahaha, good one! Seriously though, well done. Same layout at the previous one, which is perfect in my opinion. Your editing is great. The pace is quick and visually engaging. You’ve definitely got your mojo! Keep up the great work!
Great vid. I've only seen one other vid of yourn but the exploring looks fun; difficult for me as 13yo with isn't as mobile, but I walked forever as a kid and more recently w/ the USMC and daily hikes. Adding adventure to it would be icing on the cake.
This whole duplex thing looks awesome for me. We come in on BKK and something next to the train from the airport works well. It will be some time before we can use this but am stashing this video and have noted on my google maps for future ref.
I hope you're posting other venturing videos; will review your other offerings asap.
Be well.
Awesome couple of vids about these apartments.
Cheers mate
Great video again Rob. Would you be willing to do a video some time regarding visa and staying in Thailand for extended periods. Or perhaps how you personally do it. Thanks for putting out the great content!
Congratulations on the 15k...... 🇹🇭
Thank youuuuuu 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Drove me crazy when I stayed in Thailand that had this layout. Having to walk up and down the stairs to use the bathroom at night but the open feel and tall ceilings from below felt nice.
Hi mate, great video. Hey! what camera are you using and is this on a gimbal? looks great what ever your setup is.
That's so cool! I’ll be back soon 🥹😩
This condo is another nice one and peaceful. It's quite far from downtown but has a good metro systems.
Love your videos, man! Would you mind checking out 28 chidlom next time?
It's the two building condo one street further from the Q chidlom building you visited 7 months ago.
It's hard to get a full picture from this area online from abroad.
Kind regards
Dom
I actually work with Sukhumvit homes with there video work. Have visited 28 chidlom about 6 times now. Personally I don’t like the rooms so it’s not something I want to recommend in a video. The rooms are small so difficult to film also. I can see 28 chidlom out my window now haha I didn’t visit Q.. I live here 👍🏻
Reminds me of the condo I stayed at in Ekkamai, right down to the washing machine on the balcony. It was on the 39th floor and I have a fear of heights. Laundry was an adventure as were the steep steps to and from the loft bed after a night out drinking.
What was the name?
@@hobisoon The condo complex or the washing machine? The condo belonged to a friend so no short term rental. The washing machine was a Samsung. LOL.
Nice one Rob
For the price and layout , I really like it .
Good value.
Very nice condo. I'm afraid I would fall over the rail in that loft, so I would move the bed, and maybe put something against that railing, like a TV stand.
Plenty of room on top of the washer for a wok burner 😅 , do you know if some units come with a larger balcony?
At 07:15...if you moved the bed to the opposite side, it looks like there wouldn't be much room on either side of the bed for a walkway. If you look at the bed where it sits now, you can see that the railing flares out wider than the railings on the opposite side. Moving the bed to the opposite side would only allow one narrow walkway which could be annoying if there are two people sleeping in it, and the person sleeping on the left has to always exit on the right side.
Nice ❤
can you do a video of the lofts in silom or ekkamai or asoke
Loved the video but didn't like the fact that you didn't show the pool, lounge and gym like the past videos. (just criticism). I'm going Thailand the end of the year and got some amazing tips from your channel.
I did show the pool and the gym.. thanks for watching though haha 😂
@@ProjectBangkok I mean a more in dept showcase 😂😂
Great videos. In the future can you explain what's included with the price? Electricity, Water etc etc... Also if there is extra charges for having another person(girlfriend, friend)
Electric and water are never included. You might need an extra background check on who your moving in with maybe but very much doubt it
How about the noise from the skytrains? Is it that loud?
Just discovered your video's..excellent smooth photography..great sound quality which can be tricky..do you use a phone or camcorder please ? Excellent value condo...kindest regards Paul UK Cleethorpes
Sofa not facing the tv is an obvious con. Probably doesn't fit well if you move it. Duplex uses more power as the acs have a bigger space to cool.
Ah shite, let me check out the other video first. Thanks!
These prices are getting lower Rob my man 👍
Man is trying to get an offer to be an estate agent! 👌🏼😂 doing a good job at it
Well I do wonder at what point I’m going to become one haha I don’t earn anything for my leads at the moment… freee for all to enjoy 😂
@@ProjectBangkok not yet you don’t 👌🏼😂
👍😎
Not a fan of duplexs, there is no privacy if you have visitors staying with you.
There deffo a love hate thing.. I’m not keen on them either
@@ProjectBangkokif you have friends or children visiting there is no privacy. At least I have a door to my bedroom.
